They are a scam. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. You buy the logo you want and thats it. DO NOT pay for other services (Busines card design, headers, logo edit, or website) they offer on checkout. These are all scam. I have been in touch with them about the issues. They send me a PDF business card design! They said "Here you go. This is your business card".
Love the quality of the logo files. I needed my logo to be printed on a large banner for a trade show and the scalability wasn't an issue. They delivered high res and source files both which is awesome.
I am starting my own business, and I got to create my very own logo exactly how I wanted it. I never thought it would be this easy, but thanks to GraphicSprings I feel confident in my new brand. I cannot recommend this logo maker enough.
I designed a logo on here but had some issues using the logo files on my website and social media. I just don't know anything about JPGS, PNGS and stuff. The support team was super friendly and explained everything. Logo looks great too!
I wouldn't use GraphicSprings again. I bought the basic package for $19.99 but was charged $150.99. I contacted GraphicSpring about this issue but they refuse to refund the difference.
My advice is to stay away from this website.
Been using this app for like a year now. The designer interface is easy to use and their collection of graphics is beautiful. I have designed multiple logos over time and am always pleased.

I initially used their logo design tool to create a brand for my Aviation company and everything went smoothly. Like many of you have expressed, the tool was easy to use and the files were great for all my marketing material. The logo was even printed on our fleet of planes and looked great!
Last week, we ran into a branding issue as we learned we used the same company name as one of our competitors out of state. In order to avoid any issues, I contacted the team at GraphicSprings to ask them what our options would be.
I was immediately assigned a designer to help me incorporate the old logo with our new business name. They were extremely quick and helpful and did not even charge for any of the custom edits. Two years after I made the initial purchase!

I've used the tool a few times now for friends and myself. It's super intuitive and has the best selection of logos. Easy to download files which make things simple to implement.

I was debating between a custom logo and doing it myself. I played around on their site and was able to design a logo that fit my needs. Got my files with no issue so will use again.
