Grammarly helps me finish my manuscript in time.
There's one thing that I would like Grammarly to improve.
Because I'm a molecular biologist, my writing has many italicized scientific names of bacteria.
When I use the AI-suggested text, I will have to go back & italicize them again.
It'll be great if the italicized format stays in the suggested text.
Downloaded Grammarly to give me some help with things like synonyms etc but it's just a pain instead. When something is underlined and you go to hover over it, half the time nothing comes up so you have to move your mouse around and hover it over the word again and again until something finally comes up and even then the suggestions just aren't worth it. You're better off just using chat gpt to give you synonyms and what not.

Spelling detection simply copies the system (ie: things that MS does not catch neither does Grammarly which is why I went to Grammarly hoping it would), but Grammarly does a better job with grammar.
The pop-up location and size are minorly annoying when I'm very focused, but I know that is in part because I am using the free version only.
I do really like the weekly stats - they serve as good reminders of where I can improve.
Thanks to Grammarly, I am continuously improving my writing skills.
Now, it is easier to find the right register and tone, avoid misunderstandings, and feel confident about my correspondence in English. Furthermore, it is fast, and I save time conducting and checking texts.
Correct any mistake I make rightway. I love the extension. I do not think I can live without this app now.
I appreciate how Grammarly creates the proper format and wording to express and deliver your message.
When I see what they suggest and what I have written I see their concept for direct and correct delivery.

Thank you grammarly for the definitions too. Got the right add-on, makes writing more enjoyable, easier, and faster. Also builds my confidence not to worry about making a grammatical error. See now just made some corrections.
They have billed me several times without my permission. Read all comments, and beware. This company sucks and provide mediocre service. I mean, it's excellent for someone in middle school. Honestly, it did not assist me in any way during my college courses.
Customer service doesn't exist with this company. They'll merge your ticket before resolving the issue. I received the same message on every ticket I created within the last two weeks. Bull $#*!
Basically, I like the spelling corrections part of Grammarly, also the help given in correcting the English used.
I recently started using Grammarly and I have to say, it's been a game-changer for me! As someone who writes a lot for work, I always want to make sure that my writing is clear, concise, and error-free. Grammarly has helped me do just that. It catches not only spelling mistakes, but also grammatical errors, punctuation mistakes, and even suggests better word choices. I love that it provides explanations for why certain changes should be made, so I can continue to learn and improve my writing skills. What's even better is that it seamlessly integrates with all of my writing platforms, from email to Google Docs. Overall, I would highly recommend Grammarly to anyone looking to improve their writing and communication skills!

I recommend using this tool to all of us that take pride in what we write and how it gets sent. Believe me, as the receiver of some people's poor grammar, this is something that we all should use and appreciate.
There is a limitation of 150,000 ***characters*** if using Word on a Mac. Even for the paid version. Having to copy and paste a document in sections in order to find errors, then go back to the original to manually correct, takes me 3 to 4 times longer than if I could use Grammarly directly on the original document. It wastes time, and they expect you to pay for the privilege. All I got from support was, at first, I could have 150,000 words. Their customer service doesn't even understand. Then, after persisting, I was told it would be passed on to IT development. It's ridiculous. Grammarly is a good product, however, discriminating against people who use Word on a Mac is disgraceful. I have paid for Microsoft 365, yet am still restricted.
This is the best tool to express our selves. This is best for opponent too to get understand the letter.
My experience with Grammarly is exceptional good. You can quickly correct your language and clarity of expressions. On a scale of 1 to 5, l am rating Grammarly at 5.
Some good reminders, but the intrusive overlay is difficult (maddening) to work around. It's constantly getting in my way as I compose in my head. I KNOW THE SENTENCE ISN'T COMPLETE YET. YOU DON'T NEED TO TELL ME, I'M STILL WRITING. Also, quit trying to upsell me. I don't make that decision, my company does, so stop doing the pop up panels telling me I can get suggestions if I just pay you more.
Overall, it's the return of Clippy, the most hated virtual assistant ever. Be better.

Helpful with grammar and makes you reconsider paragraphs. Sometimes doesn't get the context, so user must be alert. It also doesn't work for books; must do in sections. Their billing policies are strict. Don't wait for the last day. Overall, it was very helpful and I learned a lot from their review.
It's good to have a different set of eyes, checking and correcting your writing, no matter how important or not your composition is.
It gives you a sense of security and you sound more confident and professional
In general, the suggestions for rewording or punctuation are very helpful. I don't always use the suggestions because they do not say what I want to say, however, the suggestions tend to keep my writing more businesslike.
