The Grailed platform is crawling with fake knockoff versions of many luxury brands. I have been a customer on this platform for several years, and 7 out of 10 of my purchases has been fake. Inauthentic knockoffs. Their so called team of Expert Authenticators are an absolute joke. I purchased 2 bags from a Malaysia seller, the bags were confiscated by US Customs, as the seller neglected to provide proper documentation. I contacted Grailed, and asked them to investigate the issue. My inquiries were ignored for 3 weeks. Past the expected delivery date. I then contacted my bank, filed a claim. 6 weeks later( after the expected delivery date. My bank processed my claim. I received a refund. A few hours after that, I received a email from Grailed CS, " You are banned from Grailed for violating our Terms of Service. Your account was banned for fraudulent activity. At Grailed, we value the safety of our community and activity like yours will be permanently suspended." I was shocked. So let me get this right, I spent almost $600, the seller sold me bootleg items, that got confiscated by Customs, and I get banned. This $#*! is laughable. Steer clear of this site. The worst customer service, unprofessional, and outright crooks..
This company is an absolute joke … they sell fakes and when you try to sell an authentic item ( proof with invoice etc) they tell you it's fake, you appeal and complain and then they feeze your account, because they don't want to deal with your complaint. Their do called authentication department is an absolute joke as these guys cannot differentiate a sneaker from a sandal … stay away at all cost!
The worst customer service I've ever encountered. I was sold a pair of very expensive sunglasses listed as 'perfect condition'. They are cracked, chipped, damaged, and scuffed. The serial number certificate does not match the serial number on the frames. Grailed customer support responded to my email and detailed photos and told me to 'sell them to someone else on Grailed'. Truly appalling and disgusting business practices. Their 'buyer protection' is a complete lie. There is no phone support of any kind. DO NOT USE GRAILED.COM. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THEIR BOTTOMLINE AND YOU WILL RECEIVE ZERO SUPPORT IF THERE IS ANY ISSUE WITH YOUR PURCHASE. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. AVOID GRAILED LIKE THE PLAGUE. THEY WILL NOT OFFER YOU ANY SUPPORT OF ANY KIND AND PUT PROFITS BEFORE THEIR CUSTOMERS.
Grailed didn't do much to protect buyers. They claim to have Buyer Protection craps, yet do nothing! Never use Grailed! Bad bad bad app & company.
Received an item with holes in it! They've ignored me for weeks. Buyer's please beware! This company couldn't care less, they are a complete joke. There's a reason for such low ratings and other horrible reviews. This company is HORRIBLE! NO RESPONSE. NO ONE TO REACH OUT TO.
The sellers rarely have possession of the product! They'll list a item but don't actually have it so you're making a purchase for something that's not even available. Grailed do nothing to retrieve your funds..

Tried Grailed for the first and last time this month. Seller sent the incorrect item and when I made them aware they wanted me to ship the item back and THEN they would ship the correct item once they received it. I told them they could put a return shipping label in with the correct item and I would send it back to them when I got the item I purchased. They said that wasn't possible so, I told them I'd just keep the item I have no use for as its easier and cheaper for me to eat it than print, pack, and ship a package from the post office. Then stress out while I wait for a resolution and most likely, mourn my lost dollars, empty hands, and unawnsered requests for resolution in the end. They then said the item they sent was much more expensive than the item I was meant to receive and they would PLEASE like it back. So I told them to send the correct item with a return label. To which I was told again but in a more elaborate fashion that it was impossible due to software and I needed to not make it a bigger deal out of this than it is. I then repeated myself one last time saying, if you want your item send mine and I'll return it to you, otherwise consider that item gone to you and I'll eat the money I paid you for an item you never sent. They then told me how ignorant I was and that I was unable to conprehend english and that I should get a family member or friend to help me understand why it was impossible for them to send a return label with the item I purchased. I stopped talking to them at that point. Reported their conduct to Grailed but after reading these reviews I just deleted my account. Just awful. NOT RECOMMENED, IN FACT, RUN FOR YOUR WALLET!
I downloaded Grailed. I list 2 items then I get a message from www.Grailed.com stating that one of the items I posted so I clicked and they ask for your credit card to receive your funds but the weirdest thing was them asking how much on my card. I didn't go on but how in the hell Grailed allowed something like this to happen and on top of everything I spoke with several agents and they all made it like it's not their fault. It's my fault for putting my information in a link that is from them. The worst seller app I've created ever. The others don't even allow something like that to happen to anyone on their app. Grailed does a horrible job of protecting people and people information. Do not download the app. The picture I shared is my proof Beware!
Grailed is worst site on the internet. I was scammed for $300 by Grailed and after several emails to them they did nothing to either prevent or help me recover my money. I deleted my account and would not advise anybody to ever trust this site for anything.
Grailed is full of scamers, half the time you buy a pair of shoes or product they never ship, they dont help you with the refund process and your basically hung out to dry. Just stick with GOAT or StockX, its safe and the premium you pay means you get authentic shoes and no headache. This site sucks.
Archaic site. Cant even sign in on the app only sign up. Glitchy and no direct deposit option, I'm sure for not being secure enough. Extra REQUIRED fees for paypal. Looks like it was developed on early windows power point.
Just been to the strangest job interview I've ever had in my entire life. I was applying for a remote customer support job, or so I thought, since that's how the job offer was described.
First, they posted the job as a "New Balance" customer support job. It took me a while during the interview, which was done via WhatsApp, to realize that the job offer had nothing to do with that brand. The offer was in fact for "Grailed.com", a site that I've never hear of.
Next, no matter how hard I tried, they wouldn't tell me what the job was. Telling me that I had to create a training account online so that they could explain it to me. Something about sending requests to customers and also about inflating the ratting of the products. They always refused to explain what the job was exactly. They also systematically refused to explain how my payment was calculated. And they also said that I would be getting paid in USDT cryptocurrency. They also could never explain, how did they justify their offer of paying me $300 Euros a day for 60 minutes of work.
Since I couldn't get a straight answer to any of my questions, after a while I gave up.
This was the first time in my life applying to a job where they refuse to tell you what the job is.
I purchased 2 jackets from a seller and he asked me to send a copy of my id and credit card. Then after the seller saying the items ar new, after making purchase, he tells me its used. Scumbag and scam seller forsure. Thats not normal! Prone to identity theft. Do not use grailed whatsoever! The platform customer service is the worst too

I been selling for years! Not one sale here and when i reached out for help as to how i can improve on their platform no one responded.
I have sold for over ten years and these guys are starting to steal sellers money it's a collapsing business and they are going to file bankruptcy I can tell how can they survive look up how many people they employ it's around 50

I keep getting requests saying they paid with link to click on it and it take you to page to fill your bank details and asking for your bank balance
Garbage customer service, banned both my and my partners' accounts one year apart, unable to give any reason why, other than "they pride themselves about the community" and "no follow up comment will be supplied". I've bought and sold a few items with absolutely no issues whatsoever. This is truly a garbage platform that is extremely unstable.
Answer: Definitely a scam in my personal experience. Purchased a fake and customer service is refusing to help or provide any sort of support/update

Answer: Try GOAT or even StockX... atleast you will get a response from them...
