I do not like the automatic tip at 15% where I have to select a different percentage for a take out order. Pay your employees a fair wage to start with. Because of this, given a choice I would not use this platform.

What I like about DoorDash and such tools is you get a tracker for where the delivery is en-route. Grabull could have at least emailed me and let me know where the order was (it left, etc.). That's the only feedback. All other things were great.

The restaurant never received my order and said this happens all the time with Grabull. The restaurant was apologetic. I canceled the order with Grabull and placed directly through the restaurant instead.

I order from here every couple weeks, and the notification that my food is ready for pickup is usually *days* late. I might order on Monday and get an email / text that my food is ready on Thursday or Friday, even though the order is fine in the store shortly after I order it.
