I ordered the USD37 Package and I was charged for USD 97 But as a new comer to this country, I thought I made the mistake

The package that has arraived requested original documentation includeing the I-94 and the I-20
The I-94 is a form printed of the net and there is no such thing as an original
The I-20 original document is like a passport and again Cannot be handed over. It remains with the person
So their requirements are not only wrong, but impossible to comply. Discussion with their staff showed appalling ignorance, who never once adressed the issue on hand_ which is their impossible to comply with request. The fact is no where on your site does it say you one needs to give original documents and the fact that you would require then us alarming

The International office at Harvard confirmed that I am not to give an original I-20 to any one and that one should not pay to deal with the Soscial security services

When I tried to call then back to speak to a different agent, my number WAS blocked which shows bad faith and lack of ethical dealing.

I used GovSimplified to apply for a SS card replacement. Needed to get a birth certificate which i did. Sent the official birth certificate in to GovSimplified along with their application. Nothing came. I tracked the package and found that a piece of registered mail had been delivered with my name on it to the local SS office. It had been a month. I went to that office and the Social Security administration has no record of a new card having been applied for. GovSimplified is unknown to them. My birth certificate and new card, if there is one, are gone and i have no way to track them. I will report this to the SS Administration and FBI. Do not use this service.

Experience to raise funds for a young boys hospital funds. Mr Kauffman of the [Amish community with no computer, less than 8th grade school, no phone in the home (outside in the outbuilding) and no driving license] was of the persuasion when Mr. Porter said $149 that meant One dollar forty-nine not $ One hundred forty-nine. Did not repeat himself or did not make it clear. When Mr. Kauffman said start today, he was answering line 11 - date business started or expected. Mr Kauffman did not even understand I hour or 1 day. Did Mr. Porter really review in detail exactly what time frame he was using? For a special needs case and a special needs family, this whole event is hard to accept. Of course you have their $149 [understand a reduced rate lower than waiting 3-7 days to get a number]. When Mr Kauffman told you he did not have an email address did you not realize Mr. Porter that Kauffman was computer elliterite (sp), and Amish community use no technology equipment. This case is really sad to think $149 it cost to get a number for a very sick boys case of hospital bills. And to think you could not have also explained and even make it known that going directly thru the IRS is NO FEES to get an EIN #. Think about it please and see if you can further reduce the fee you charged.
