I have ordered various gift baskets from Gourmet Gift Baskets and they have always been awesome and well received. Great products, excellent service and accurate delivery.

I searched all types of gift sites and this one was the best. The price was reasonable and the quantity of cookies was great. My kids and grandkids loved them.

I purchased a spa gift basket for a girlfriend to be delivered the Tuesday after her surgery. I received an email confirmation from Gourmet Gift Baskets on the date the item was to be delivered and the status said "Complete". On Friday, I saw my girlfriend and asked if she received the gift basket I ordered, she said "no". I tried contacting GGB on Saturday morning, but the business is closed on the weekend(?). So on Monday morning, I called to inquire. The customer service rep was RUDE and CONDESCENDING. She told me I had chosen a future date for delivery and told me she would email me proof that I had done so. I told her to send me the proof, and nothing ever came through on my email account. Coincidence? She argued with me that I was CONFUSED! No amount of reasoning with her mattered. I told her that since the item had not been delivered (her own confirmation), that I would like to cancel the order and have her refund my account. She then claimed the item was "in transit" and that she would need to retrieve the item first before she could refund any money. She also stated that they would charge a $15 restocking fee. I told her this was unacceptable. I was basically being manipulated into accepting new terms for a purchase I had already made. My options were to forego delivery altogether (they would claim the item was delivered, when it was not), or pay a $15 restocking fee to cancel the order. Either way, they get your money. No resolution. I believe, based on several other online reviews of this company, that the business is fraudulent. BUYER BEWARE!

I don't know why there are so many good reviews, I had a terrible experience. I received an expensive basket on Dec 19; the apples and pears were spoiled and crushed and the cracker boxes were also crushed (and crackers were crumbs). I initiated a "chat" with customer service and they agreed to email to me a credit to select another package (bc apparently they couldn't send a replacement). I waited 2 days just for a "credit", didn't come I did another chat - they said they'd send it, it never came. I emailed to the company 3 more times betw Dec 22 and Jan 6 and only got "form letter" responses that they are looking into it. I then called during business hours, waited on hold for customer service for 23 minutes and was disconnected. Tried again, same response. 3rd time, called and instead of asking for cust svc, I requested "sales" - person on phone said she couldn't help me but forwarded me to Cust service - got response of "all service agents are busy helping other customers, try later". I waited about a week and tried again, this time was directed to leave a message, I don't have a lot of faith. So basically this was a $134 ripoff.

This was the 'First' Easter we couldn't be with our Grandchildren.
We usually 'make up' their Easter Baskets ourselves... We were SO VERY HAPPY to 'find' Gourmet Gifts!
Their selection was 'Wonderful', and the grandchildren were ecstatic over their Easter Gifts we sent them.
We also sent Gifts to our 'Older' children, and they came On Time, even 'cross country'!
I would 'Highly' recommend "Gourmet Gifts" to ALL 0ur Family & Friends.

You get exactly what you see since it is illustrated very accurately. Good to have items that do not spoil quickly.

Bought this for an Easter gift, it arrived on the exact day I requested and was a perfect size. Highly recommend the Bunny munch. Yummy
