I don't know why there are so many good reviews, I had a terrible experience. I received an expensive basket on Dec 19; the apples and pears were spoiled and crushed and the cracker boxes were also crushed (and crackers were crumbs). I initiated a "chat" with customer service and they agreed to email to me a credit to select another package (bc apparently they couldn't send a replacement). I waited 2 days just for a "credit", didn't come I did another chat - they said they'd send it, it never came. I emailed to the company 3 more times betw Dec 22 and Jan 6 and only got "form letter" responses that they are looking into it. I then called during business hours, waited on hold for customer service for 23 minutes and was disconnected. Tried again, same response. 3rd time, called and instead of asking for cust svc, I requested "sales" - person on phone said she couldn't help me but forwarded me to Cust service - got response of "all service agents are busy helping other customers, try later". I waited about a week and tried again, this time was directed to leave a message, I don't have a lot of faith. So basically this was a $134 ripoff.
