It is my first time ordering from this site as I was in search of something that had same day delivery service.
This site provided the same day delivery service, as long I had put in the order before 1PM, which I indeed had and received the confirmation email at 12:02 PM EST.
It was a birthday present and I knew the recipient would be home today to receive it. However, as time had gone by, I realize, I have not received any notification regarding delivery.
I reached out to their LIVE chat and was assisted by one of their rep. They informed me that it will be delivered within the hour.
I had gone ahead and informed the recipient to stay put and don't go anywhere but she waited till 6:30 PM and needed to leave and could not wait anymore unfortunately.

I had reached out to their LIVE chat again and was informed that the package was delivered and signed for on 6/15. Which I did indeed check with the recipient right away to make sure if anyone else in the household may have received this.
I did not receive any confirmation email delivery.
When I checked their tracking site, my order # came up as "No Data Found"
Their rep finally makes the connection with the local shop to confirm and find that they did NOT deliver. I was told that they will deliver within 2 hours. So I had asked that if this was not delivered by noon, I would like to request a refund as I did not want her to wait around for a situation I had put her in.
The recipient did receive the package and took a picture to send to me.
To my disappointment, it came in a box. I specifically chose a "basket size" on your site because I thought the basket can be repurposed for something else. Premium basket size to be exact and it was delivered in a box. What was the point of choosing a basket size and paying extra money for? It is quite deceiving to say the least. The items in the box were not exactly what I would expect from a premium box included were 2 nature valley granola bars and 1 Rocher chocolate, which I thought was in poor choice selection for a gourmet snack and chocolate basket (box).
I understand their fine print say the items pictured and container will vary but the container, letting it be a "basket size" of different type of wicker basket was assumed here.
There was no depiction of what the difference between classic or premium and so this is quite misconstrued in your post. I would probably be content with this item being considered to be your classic but to be considered to be a premium box, is quite reaching.
This was my personal review but it will be my last time purchasing.

This company should never be trusted to provide anything for any special occasion. I ordered 2 gift baskets for my grandson's for Easter. I ordered them on a Wednesday with a scheduled/promised delivery by Saturday. They did not send the baskets on time so UPS would not deliver until Monday - the day after Easter. When I wrote them to express my disgust and anger at the fact that they ruined my grandson's Easter they said they would refund the money, that it wasn't their fault and that they were going to cancel the order directly with UPS and if did come that I would have to return the baskets. They are by far the worst service I ever used and warn anybody considering using Gourmetgiftbaskets. Com to not trust anything about this company. They caused so much disappointment for 2 little boys and their only respond was essentially "oh well - not our fault". They are truly scum.
