I spent A LOT for the very little I got! What's even more disappointing than the poorly presented, flat/bad tasting cheap "champagne" I was overcharged for was the pitiful customer service I received thereafter! It's like they take your money, then want your feedback-but only if it's positive... If it's negative, then they just ignore you and respond with a generic, half-hearted "oh well" message. I was overcharged for shipping-but somewhere on the page I was supposed to have seen some imaginary addition sign. (It wasn't there) I agreed to pay $25 shipping which is outrageous, but I had no choice in the matter. Yet the final bill invoiced me for $50 because somewhere a plus sign was hidden supposedly. What, was there also another, smaller written $25 sign written also that I didn't see? When I brought that to their attention, I got a backhanded response which indicated I should have seen the two charges I agreed to pay. $50 for two day shipping? Gimme a break! I have a box at the ups store and I know how much they charge to ship something, it's nowhere near that amount! There was supposed to be treats with the champagne, there wasn't -unless you count a tiny, melted little morsel which was stuck inside Walls of the package. The garbage item was only superseded by the even worse customer service I was so unfortunate to have to have endured. I would say that for the $200 I paid, the value of the gift/experience was definitely NOT worth the money. Not even a little bit. There are other companies online to do business with. This place was my last choice. I had to settle because the other places wouldn't ship to Utah. So I guess that's what I get for settling. The worst part of it all is that this company doesn't give two &&@$'s about this or my opinion whatsoever. Nothing was done to remedy the situation. No care was given. Buyer beware! What a joke!

I have sent a number of items to my family out of state. They have raved about the freshness and the variety of items offered. I have sent the macaroons, cookies, brownies, and candy... all have been enjoyed by my family. I rely on the consistently excellent gifts to bring some happiness to my family when I am unable to visit for a holiday.

Thank you very much for helping be a part of my friends milestone birthday. We are in New York and could not get out west to celebrate with him. Having this basket delivered helped us be part of his day. I arranged with the resort staff to have this delivered with a bottle of his favorite wine upon their return from their day on the slopes. Everything was perfect and he was very surprised and they enjoyed the delicious, well needed selection. Thank you again. I will definitely think of you 1st when I need another basket.

My family sent this as a gift to my nephew and his soon-to-be wife. They were surprised to recieve it for their Christmas eve. My nephew said it was a good size basket and although they hadn't tried the wine yet, they had eaten many of the snacks that were included and he said they were all very good. The basket was delivered on the day we requested with no issues. This is a unique gift idea and we will definitely order from Gourmet Gift Baskets again. I would have included a copy of my invoice as proof of my purchase, but there is to much personal information on it that I would have to black out basically everything except the price I paid. I purchased the Premier Selections Wine Basket that had the 2 bottles of wine, plus cookies, salami, candies, crackers and cheese.
