“Extremely Disappointed”

Extremely disappointed that I didn't receive the white chocolate strawberries I ordered for my wife for Valentines Day. Instead they sent milk chocolate salted caramel strawberries. I emailed them immediately since it was after business hours when my wife opened the gift. No response. 4 days later. Still no response. Will never order from them again.
