My experience so far is first time shopping Gotprint really like how business card design pick your own style look.
Had Got Print produce business cards and two-sided flyers. The flyers were printed with good quality but printed incorrectly---Got Print blamed us for the error and offered only a partial refund despite the evidence we provided. The business cards were awful -- poor print quality and cut lines showing despite providing a full bleed file. They blamed us again and offered only a partial refund. We had everything reprinted at Staples without issue (and lower cost).
I have used other printing services in the past, and thought I would try GotPrint. Poor choice. I have never had issues before when I created my own design, but GotPrint had the cards cut poorly, so everything was off center. They did, however, offer to do a reprint, and it was worse. The card quality isn't bad as I ordered a higher quality card, it's their cutting that is not quality. Won't use again and definitely do not recommend for business cards.
I ordered for the first time from gotprint recently. Previously i'd been ordering business cards for many years from another company but they had lost my artwork. I found gotprint and put together a simple card using one of their templates and it was an almost trouble-free process. I got error messages a couple times about something being out of the predesignated box area (where you fill in with the text of your choosing) but eventually i ignored that and ordered cards despite the warning. The cards had a color that matches the trim color i have been using for 29 years on my rental properties. However, when the cards arrived, i saw the color was much grayer and darker than what it appeared on my computer screen. The shipping was slow (2 to 3 weeks) but that didn't bother me. Overall I'm satisfied but i doubt i will order again due to the issue with the color. I know computer screens are not 100 percent accurate color, but this color is way off
Tip for consumers:
the color was considerably off from what i thought i was ordering. If things go smoothly, I assume this is a good company to do business with but I will probably look elsewhere if i need other cards. I have several small businesses

My first job with GotPrint, on the recommendation of a colleague. The 8.5x11 trifold brochure I received looks great and was well-made, at a much better price-per-piece than I found elsewhere.
However, the submission and review process was frustrating: I got one "your uploaded brochure file(s) need bleed" and two "the panels of your uploaded brochure files do not match the panels of our template," even though my art had bleed and fit the bleed-crop-safe layout boundaries as shown on the (tiny) online proof. Relatively slow turnaround on resubmissions (twice!) extended the process several days until I finally told them to print as-is. Then the two-day UPS shipment on a Friday wasn't delivered until Tuesday, adding even more time. I'd really prefer USPS.
The templates available didn't do me any good. I just measured correct dimensions, including fold lines, in my layout and imaging software and it worked.
If I use them again I'll figure in the long processing time (like that of V****P***t) and trust my art.
PS - Customer service by telephone is essentially non-existent. Calling with pre-purchase question was a waste of time: phone rang forever, person who finally answered didn't know anything.
Tip for consumers:
Get your act together and proof your art well before uploading, then take layout warnings from GotPrint with a grain of salt.

According to their website, production time for posters is 3-5 days with an additional 2 days due to staff shortages. However, the estimated delivery dates were FOUR days ago until sometime next week. Today is the 8th day of production. I need these products by the event date in nine days. Despite contacting costumer service, there is no way to expedite the order and the representative keeps responding with with vague responses. There should be more transparency AND accuracy with estimated delivery dates. I am anxiously waiting for updates and praying this arrives in time. I will be very upset if this product does not arrive in time for the event.

Unfortunately all orders can take up to an additional 2-4 business days to be completed. Be aware that 'Next Day Noon' shipping does not include Saturday deliveries and will not be the next day as ordered. Expect to have a 5 day window of 'expected delivery' which is actually an expected ship timeframe. This does not have any information in regards to no Saturday deliveries nor that they cost an additional $20 if you want it included.
I've asked support if I had missed any of this information and they said no. They also refused to provide a refund or partial refund in regards to the false advertising.
The positives is 1. Cheap, and located in the USA (CA). I just hope the printed product I ordered will be as good if not better than the sample package they provided me with.
Not sure if I'll use them in the future after this per the false pretenses on thinking I requested the fastest shipping method. Else, I'll just plan to order a month ahead of acting needing my order and pay the bare minimum.
Tip for consumers:
Do not choose the fastest ship date expecting to receive your order the next day/asap/or quickly. They will still take 1 to 2 weeks to ship your product and will deny you any refund or information when inquiring about when the material will ship. Please also note they do not advertise to deliver on Saturdays nor do they allow Saturday deliveries unless you pay a hidden $20 fee.

I apologize for the misunderstanding, unfortunately we do not offer overnight printing. Production time is about 4-6 business days depending on the printing options. We have the production time listed on the order page before files are uploaded to print. Shipping time takes into account once the order is done with production, Saturday is not considered a business day, if an order ships Next Day on a Friday, the order will be delivered on Monday. The screenshot provided shows a time range on when to expect the product, the time range includes the production time. Please provide order number to further review.

I have been ordering from gotprint for 20 years or so with no problems. The last 2 orders I made were wrong card stock. One was suppose to be stickers for a product I sell. I contacted them as soon as I got the wrong item. They said I had to open a case online. I am on a timeline for a craft show I have coming up. No one on the phone could help so this dragged out. Finally all they would do is give me a 50 credit. That also dragged on. Finally replaced my order and it indicated 2 to 6 day shipping so I thought I still had enough time. When I checked out the delivery window was something like 2 to 16 days. I have checked everyday and they finally shipped. Just checked tracking and they will arrive the day after the craft show ends. Now I have just a few days to come up with some kind of label for 1000 products. I think customer service dropped the ball here. I explained the situation and they really didn't seem to care. Very disappointing.

Although this was not an error on Got Print's end we provided a discount code for a future order. The bookmarks they designed were such a vibrant color. The price is great and I will definitely order additional products in the future. My biggest issue was getting kicked out of the payment screen and I had to submit a few times, just to get a payment made.
I was shopping around for bulk items at a great price, to give away. After researching multiple sites for a few weeks, I decided to take a chance, and glad I did.
I will be visiting many schools, daycares, and libraries. The bookmarks were such a great price, I ordered a lot and dropped them off at my doctor, my dentist, and even sent a bundle with a few of the grandkids, to hand out to their class.
The first contact was bad, as the website kicked me out when submitting a payment. The customer service sent me a pricing, when I already new the cost. I had to use a new browser to submit the order. My experience has not been very good yet.
Process appear easy yet print execution is a toss up: never sure how is going to look. I did two different one, one was Ok the other was set off wrongly had to discard. One has to approve the product on line, but look is deceitful.

Have to see the end product before I render my full opinion. So far relatively easy
OK, there are two separate issues here. First, their "instant online proof" is not accurate--I had something print poorly because of an error I made in the InDesign setup, but that's the purpose of the proof! The "instant online proof" does not show all the subtleties of layered PDFs and that's where my problem was. Yes, it was my fault but their "proof" should have displayed the file AS IT WAS GOING TO PRINT and it did not. Had it done so, I would have made changes. It did not, and they did not even acknowledge the fault of the proofing. Second, for certain "lightweight" packages such as a small order of business cards, they will use "UPS Mail Innovations" which is like SmartPost and SurePost--a hybrid system. In their case, UPS is supposed to take the package from origin to the local post office, where the mail carrier takes over. Problem is NOBODY--not UPS, not USPS gives these packages an iota of respect. The tracking information is not real time and inaccurate. GotPrint's problem is they don't tell the customer what kind of shipment they are using; they just say "Economy" and that's not a service. Tell us the CARRIER (UPS, USPS, etc.) and tell us the SERVICE LEVEL (ground, 2nd day, etc.) and let us decide. I would never knowingly ship anything with these hybrid systems because my experience with them is awful, across the board. Packages can take weeks to arrive, if at all.

We sent these to make you aware that there may be an issue, but you do have, as you indicated, the option to process as is.
