Ok. I don't typically write reviews however, I need to…First of all, these contacts are $#*!ing awesome! Hands down the best in the world. Now that being said their customer service is absolutely terrible. I paid extra for overnight shipping and they didn't get here until th 7th day so I missed wearing them for my party. I'm very disappointed in the customer service. Not one person got back to me in a timely manner at all. They didn't even waive my shipping that was supposedly over night. Plan ahead to order these by two months tops! Seriously. The truth is, their lenses are amazing however, I will never be ok with how terrible their service was and how delayed they are to respond and I never received a partial refund for FALSE overnight advertising on my contacts. This company can seriously go further then they are if they fix the back of the house and own up to their $#*! show mistakes. I will order again, I will not do it within the same month. Fix your system Wendy…. Thanks.

I Doctor got my first Cosmetic Contacts there. I've been buying them myself now. I've got around 15 different pairs of Contacts from them and love them. Shipping is fast, the quality is good and customer service is Great! I've got brown Eyes and these lenses cover them really well. I'm really glad I found them. They are in the USA as well.

I purchased the Ice walker contacts and had only had them for 8 months. I put them in a few nights ago for a Halloween Ball and only wore them for 6 hours. I got home and took them out and went to sleep. The next morning when I opened my eyes, my eyelids tore off 50% of both of my Corneas. These contacts weaken and starved my eyes of oxygen and then my corneas were extremely damaged because of it. DO NOT PURCHASE! I was in extreme pain and unable to open my eyes for days after this horrific experience! I'm going in tomorrow to check if I have permanent eye damage. Do Not Buy from here!

This is my first ever bad review given and I am 35 years old. I ordered two sets of contacts that were very expensive. Once received I noticed they do not look as shown on the site. One pair had the pupil opening/area in the center of the contact so small it blurred and blackened my vision to where I could not see through them! Completely unusable! (For context the other pair had an appropriately sized pupil area that I could see "okay" out of) When contacting customer service they emailed me back once a day for a few days asking for a photo of lenses, telling me to make sure they are clean and hygienic (duh), and making it sound as if they would help. Finally, they emailed me back saying there was a spec in my lens case and that is what the problem was, and that they will not do anything to help. The size of the contact pupil opening was the issue (how it was made) and not the cleanliness of my application. I am very very clean when putting things into my eyes! So, now I have expensive contacts that are unusable and the company could care less.
