Tickets was arrived in Time so there is nothing to complain about. The price was fair, we received plastic cards we prefer to have paper tickets next time

I ordered 5 tickets for the disastrous Sacramento Kanye concert, and was very concerned when refunds were being given that I wouldn't receive a refund because this is a resale site.
Since according to italian regulations tickets need to be nominative I was requested several times for info by Go Sports Tickets (though we fulfilled it in a timely manner in the period b/w 4/24 and 5/1, on 5/2 we were requested to sent passport images), we double checked on the phone that info was received ok on 5/2 and we were granted that tickets would arrive to our hotel in Torino either on 5/4 evening or even the same date of the game. When they finally came in on 5/5,13:00, we were very happy but the worst was still to come since when we tried entering into the stadium they rejected our tickets b/c our names were not written in the tickets. I think it was very unfair and disappointing that Go Sport Tickets did not warn us about this situation or to at least show up/assume responsibility in case we were not allowed in. We had to wait for more than 1.5hrs until local authorities finally gave us the release, shortly before the game had started, to get in. But believe me, if I was properly informed that this was something that could have happened I would probably have had reconsidered my trip to Torino.

Received Catagory C tickets. They won't respond to emails.
