GOSPORTTICKETS.COM are the biggest lairs! Don't fall for their promises, ever! Do not trust them, they will sound like serious pertner, but they do not care at all! I have been in touch with them since November 2015, booking the tickets for El Clasico as a Christmas gift. They were all proactive, calling me and I was positive surprised by their service.
Week before the event they changed the delivery strategy from sending me the tickets via post to personal delivery 1 day before the game... I wrote them immediately that this is very risky, as I am flying over to Spain just because of the game, booking hotel for 3 people, flight tickets, everything expensive and I am putting all my trust into their hands... I even told them not all the reviews were great for them, so I asked for e-ticket to be printed at home. They didnt accept and recommended me not to trust what is written on net but rely on my own experience... BIG MISTAKE! Due date was 22:00 a day before the game... at that time they send me a mail they have to postpone the delivery to 5pm in the day of the game... Imagine how stresed I was whole day knowing I should get the tickets just 3 hours before the game... I waited, called them at 3pm to check if everything is alright and they told me, there is no issue, due date is at 5pm... at 5pm they phone got dead silent, nobody responding my phone calls, emails and at 5:30pm they responded they are sorry but their supplier let them down and they will return me my money... and everything is by the Terms & Conditions... THEY DONT CARE YOU BOOKED FLIGHT TICKETS, HOTEL, THEY DONT GIVE A F. K!

I happened know this website from my friend, who wants to take me to go to a football match El Classico, Barcelona VS Real Madrid on this upcoming March 22th, 2015 and I bought this ticket as a surprise birthday gift for my husband b'day on February 26th, 2015. Everything is on set and alright, we are corresponding with the customer service, traffic team and delivery department of Gosportstickets.com and we have received an email notification from gosportstickets team that our order is confirmed with order number *******. There you go, everything was well when my husband find out that I bought him a ticket to watch El Classico as well as trip to Europe. He was so happy and cannot wait to watch the El Classico on this upcoming March 22th, 2015. Then, suddenly, I have received and email from delivery team of gosportstickets stating that their apologise that they can't deliver the tickets that we purchased due to technical reasons which I don't know what technical reasons. They are saying that it is written in the terms and conditions. However, it's not clear which terms and conditions. What i KNOW THAT I HAVE SIGNED A CONFIRMATION THAT I BOUGHT TICKETS FROM GOSPORTSTICKETS.COM AND THEY WILL HAVE TO DELIVER WITHIN 14-21 DAYS BEFORE THE GAME. They said that they want to refund the money, but, once we asked for the refund through email, it's just a $#*!, no reply from them even until now. I don't know what kind of people who are working in this company, but, surely, they know nothing about business ethic and also cheating on people like us, for your information, I work as a lawyer and I know some lawyers in Spanish who will be happy to take a legal actions against this company and fake and fraud website like this. I know that they maybe aren't scare, but, for me, this is a bad precedents for a person like me, who travelled from a far country Indonesia, just to watch the game and being disappointed like this. That's why i'm telling you people. DON'T YOU EVER TRUST THIS WEBSITE WWW.GOSPORTSTICKETS.COM again and never buy or purchase anything or any tickets of the games offered in this website or you will loose your money! Oh yah btw, I have those evidenced of email confirmation stating of the gosportstickets unability to deliver the tickets to us and also promise to return the money but so far no news from them. $#*!ING $#*!!
