I order Premiun Platinun seats for Barca vs Bayern (2015 Champions semi finals) but i recevied platimun seats (price difference), i request a refund for the difference and this what i got:

I order my tickets online and it went through really quickly and it was super convenient. The follow up is kinda confusing.

Get rid of download fee, your charging $8 for an automated email. I could understand if you mailed them to charge a fee but seriously an automated email. Thats just ridiculous.

It was easy to find tickets but the fees were outrageous. Tickets came before expected and were easy to print. Found many other shows that didn't know about but, won't purchase from again.

Great sure however you have to use 100 characters to get it off this. Please change sane I will not hesitate again.

Easy to order tickets. I do wish I could have them emailed to me and not flash seats. That creates another step when I could just flag the tickets in my email.

Site was easy to use, and I received my instant download tickets in about 30 minutes, I would recommend this site for ease of use and selection of ticket options.

The site was easy to use, but I'm not sure that I like that I don't get to pick my exact seats. I was also very upset to learn that my $61 tickets ended up costing over $83!

Overall I had a really amazing experience, the venue was perfectly built for live music and a crowd. And the toilets were nice and clean which is always a bonus.

Literally the title, you buy tickets, you get an email, you print them off. We'll see when I get to the location how easy it is to get into the arena but I feel trusting so far.
