It was my first time ordering soccer tickets online but the support from the team at Go Sports Tickets was very reassuring and attending the world-famous El Classico match was worth every penny. My husband is a Real Madrid supporter, so I ordered tickets in the away section to surprise him for his 40th birthday. I had made a special request to be seated as central as possible within the section, as recommended by one of the salesmen, and the view was excellent. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking to attend a game abroad!

I bought from them tickets for Ch League game between Juve and Real. I did get my tickets in the hotel so no problems there. However the tickets were for Real Madrid sector( I am Juve supporter. So disappointed). The whole process was very complex. At first I didn't have a hotel, they said fine we will give you pick-up location... I started reading about them and then I booked a hotel(so I lots of mails and chats with them). They send the tickets 1 day before the match. So i was nervous. Then we went for the match. And the security asked us. why your name is not on the tickets?!?!?!. So I was even more nervous and surprised(why nobody explained us this). Anyway 5 min before the start they left us in. So overall very stressful experience... I don't mind paying extra(60 euros price) we payed 380 pp, but get the service need to be excellent( so people like me dont need to watch Juve with visiting supporters). I don't think I will use them again. Very complex and very stressful procedures

We hard to get tickets from this site. I wanted make birthday present, but all the time team promise me to send ticket but 3days before they told cant send to me. I was very panic-im not live in uk. When I arrived in London I should looking pick up point with curers.
Thanks God we got tickets but very low price. We booked for vip-but get normal tickets.
Does t matter how much you pay for tickets u will get the same chipped tikets.

This company turned an exciting weekend away to an absolutely stressful nightmare, never ever purchase from them they don't deliver and keep you hanging on as they say the tickets are coming then when its too late they say their supplier let them down; they lie. Fortunately we had paid with Barclaycard so they insured our payment and we could source more tickets but cost us more than we originally paid. It feels like a scam and just leads to disappointment avoid them like the plague

Paid £2700 for 3 FA Cup Final tickets 3 weeks in advance for business guests travelling from Sweden. Order was confirmed and 3 times I was given promised days when I would receive them, only when really challenged the day before event I was emailed 'haven't got ticket's, you will receive a refund.' Guests were left stranded, with no effort to source alternatives or apologies by GoSportTickets. To further highlight the scam nature of the business their refund was £200 short. Can't stress enough to avoid this organisation, will course you nothing but stress, disappointment and probably financial loss.

Really thankful for the great service that we got. From our experience, I can say that they are very efficient and actually real people, not only making money machines. We've ordered 6 tickets for the Arsenal vs Manchester City before Xmas, on december 21st. We knew that would be very difficult to get tickets to this game, cause it was a very important one, just before Xmas and being 6 people that would like to be seated all together. But the reps from GoSportsTickets assured us that we'll have our tickets on time and that all would be seated very close, at least. We got great seats and not only that, the seats were better category than the ones we ordered, so it was our Xmas present. We had an amazing time with any worries or disapointments. The best online sports tickets site we ever tried so far.

Don't buy from GoSports tickets. They are not based in the uk and as far as I am concerned did not hold to their terms and conditions.
The venue of the football match Chelsea v Crystal palace changed and as we could not then go to the game, I tried to cancel the delivery of the tickets, as in the terms and conditions a deal is considered done once purchase and delivery has occured. Although I was prepared to put the money against my account and use it for another match they said that this was not possible and would also offer no refund.
They were asked before shipping and denied me this.
Furthermore, stupidly I paid 744.72 for 4 tickets which, when delivered were only worth £56 pounds each!

I had a very good experience buying my tickets for the match between Barça vs Bayer Leverkusen through this page. The tickets gave access to some incredible seats at the Camp Nou, at Barça side. The whole process of purchasing the tickets was so easy.
