I purchased a Nautilus R628 in March 2020. I had problems almost immediately with the chair. After several weeks an engineer finally attended to the machine. He left but the item was still not right. After sales service was shocking. Generic replies to emails, no call back, no apology.
In the past month the flywheel no longer offers any resistence. The bike is now effectively useless.
Again no interest at all. No personal service and no effort to resolve.
Avoid company at all costs. I spent £850 so not cheap either.
Service is so bad they don't deserve one star!


Purchased 2 tickets for el Classico in Nov 15. Paid 1700 euros. On the day of the match told tickets would arrive by 1700. They never did. My 12 yr old was very upset. Contacted company the following day and they were totally uninterested. Disgusting.
