Found what I needed (when almost no one else had anything similar), and ordering was quick and easy! It would have been nice to receive the parts a bit quicker, but as it turned out, I had some spare time anyway.
Installation is now complete and everything is working well.

Easy to order. We had some bulbs that were broken but they replaced them promptly no questions asked. The customer service was the best. I would definitely order anything from this company in the future.

The heater blower operates at a very loud noise - and vibrates when in use - I am going to re-check installation and let you know if I think the squirrel cage blower is out of balance for some reason - hopefully it will be ok. Thank you!

What a great find! I will shop at this company again. Having spent a lot of time looking for a medicine cabinet that fit an odd-size space, Gordon Electric Supply had a product and beat a competitor's price by $** for the same product! I'm not exaggerating, honest. Congratulations.

Quick fix to problem and plumber knew your name, OK! Unfortunately, it does not match the cover it is to
Replace so if we can make it work at all, it will take considerable ingenuity. Say a prayer for us.

Since our bathroom exhaust fan/light had been put in house 29 years ago, was not sure of exact motor part number. But customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable. Rec'd correct part quickly and it is installed and working perfectly.

Best prices I found on hard to find parts. Parts arrived when expected (a little slower than hoped for but due to the holidays, it was understandable). Got the right parts and the repair is done. Saved money by fixing my bathroom heater fan and also didn't have to mess with changing/patching ceiling if I had bought a new one.

I had a difficult time processing the credit card when I don't normally, but finally managed to figure it out. One of the units appears to be defective so will be contacting for warranty and can answer better after that

Site is easy to use but often lacks detailed description of products. I have to google the part number and go read about the product on someone else's site before coming to buy it here. Would be nicer if there were better descriptions here.

Most companies when a new customer order for the first time, they offer a 10% discount. Yours doesn't.
Order came as ordered.
Price is not competitive. Other vendors have better pricing for same product.

It took me awhile to find your listings of various PVC Junction boxes. All brands, styles, and models do not come up without some serious digging. You might want to adjust your search engine algorithm so they all come up on one index page.

Order was shipped and signed for by someone else, did not come to me. Re-shipped immediately. Did not stock what I purchased so I had to get an alternate. Drop shipped from manufacturer. It's a great business model if you want to work out of your living room.

I had to pay $10 for UPS Ground Shipping and it took almost 2 weeks after my order was processed to be delivered. I accidentally ordered 10-24 hex nuts instead of 10-32. Not gonna order them from Gordon and wait another 2-3 weeks. Not the best shopping experience.

I am still waiting on a part I ordered more than 3 months ago. I called Gordon Electric Supply without success. One part I have received was slightly damaged before packaging but it does not show up while installed.

Shipping is expensive and service is great overall.

The product we received doesn't work for our application. We need larger prongs to fit snugly in the outlet which is on a lamp. The outlet has large openings and do not conduct well. I was hoping this would solve the issue.
