Gordon Electric Supply

This is the second bathroom vent fan I've ordered from Gordon electric supply. I'm just a homeowner, not a contractor. Their prices, inventory, and customer service will keep me coming back. Delivery times have been great, but I only live twenty miles away.

Helpful on the phone and easy to order. UPS however decided to leave my package in front of my office door outside in 115 degree weather where anyone could walk by and take it. Not very impressed with them. Gordon electric however was wonderful and I will be returning for other needs as they arise.

My needed items were significantly cheaper than local dealers. Also the customer service person that I spoke to was both friendly and knowledgeable. I have already recommended your store to 2 neighbors.

Simple and intuitive website, good selection of products on line. The item I wanted was not available locally, so it's good to have several sources to choose from.

UPS took longer to deliver than the US Postal System likely would have. But all said and done, I'll plan a little further ahead next time.

Items shown are sometimes not in stock. Place the order thinking they have it then get a call a little while later letting you know it will be a couple weeks out.

The whole ordering process went very smoothly and was very simple! I was also very impressed how quickly our package arrived with just standard shipping. We had ordered some items from another online source the same day within an hour of ordering this item and received it almost a week later! I will definitely use Gordon electric supply in the future and would gladly recommend it to others!

They quickly let me know that my order would not ship until the next day. I had missed the cut off time. I greatly appreciated that. It worked out just fine. Will continue to order material from Gordon Electric Supply. Very nice people.

Sorry but this comment reflects receiving the order On 4/4/2015 after ordering it 3/21/2015. I just expected it to be delivered sooner and to make matters worse, my order of fluorescent bulbs did not work and they are not returnable. I'll follow up with customer service to see what can b done.

We will definitely keep the Gordon Electric Supply link on our bookmark's list for future use. We carefully counted each item in the shipment and it was perfectly what we ordered.

From start to finish, my experience with Gordon Electric has been great! The ordering process was very easy and when I sent an email asking for the tracking information, I received a response right away. We are very pleased with our order.

Website could use an update, item purchased didn't have a real image only a sketch/drawing - but was able to verify from images on alternate sites. Free shipping would be an exciting element to customers if possible.

Lucky to have found your website. Great service. I needed light bulbs that were impossible to find locally and difficult to find even online, especially at a decent price. Your company provided the product without difficulty. You are my "go to" site for my lighting requirements.

Yours was the only site that allowed me to place my order in a straightforward manner. These were the only dimmer switches I could find that would fit (two--side by side) into a standard double switch box. They are working beautifully.

Quick, simple. Excellent, straight-forward process to order! Immediate confirmation and acknowledgement of the order, and also note that it might take 5-7 days before shipment. Very good, well-run company!
