Nothing technically wrong with anything. Just can't seem to find a wall plate the right size. Needed one that is just 1/4" larger, but all good. Communication throughout was good. Site is a little difficult to navigate for someone not in the field, but complete. Lots of options and fast shipping.
Very easy although I called 800 # to verify these lights are returnable if the size is wrong and was told yes if they have not been used. Your invoice states non-refundable. I'm purchasing based on what I was told. Very good service

So after receiving my order I am very pleased. Items are exactly what I hoped for.
Shipping well in times of the election infection things take a little longer. I was surprised that the tracking showed that it took 6 days to get out of Illinois.
All in all perfect product and service.
I initially waited 10 days for the order and, after calling, found out one of the items was back ordered. It would have been nice to receive some communication indicating the order would be delayed in arriving. Other than that, I am very happy with the product.
Great prices and selection, delivery was slowed by a few days due to back order item but they pulled all the stops to get it out asap. Service/meter pedestal had slight kink in it. With the delay in shipping could not afford time delay to return so elected to pounded it out, looks OK. Shipped face to face with another pedestal which was not bent so suspect that they received from manufacture already bent and without opening the OEM packaging could not have known. Planning to purchase more from them as price is right and CS was very responsive.
Clean straight forward. Looked for a specific item and found it with a good price through Google. Tried to verify my order as charge on Credit Card and email did not identify product I purchased. Took some time, online orders are a mystery to all but one person to verify what I purchased. I needed to know so I didn't purchase the same product again as I did not write down if I had ordered the item. Finally worked it out, but had to call 3 times before the correct person was available and then the person was surprised no one else could have accessed the information easily.
Easy parts look up, checkout was quick. Shipping costs are reasonable. Tracking information was supplied and the items arrived with in the estimated time of arrival. I am very satisfied with this purchase/transaction.
There is a 25% restocking charge that you won't find out about unless they send you the wrong item. Just be sure you know what your ordering.
I wish delivery was a little faster. I've been purchasing most of my electrical service supplies from you. Sometimes I receive them in a week or so. My meter socket this time took over three weeks to receive.
Ordered parts for ups second day delivery. Was never notified that the items order were not in stock. Took well over a week to get parts. Not a deal breaker but better communication with me on this would have been great. We are in Hawaii and getting parts in a timely manner and in good condition is important to us.
1st try --will see, wish you had a shipping selection called "Cheapest" as you have so many other options displayed.
Upon receipt of order I see the product description was lacking and this caused me to overspend as I only needed 1 item not two. It is described as a socket not sockets. That missing "s" cost me extra money as I needed two. Disappointed.

Received my order incomplete. When I called, they were very courteous and rushed out the rest of the order. Although unhappy at not getting it right the first time, overall I'm very satisfied.

I ordered some light bulbs that I could not find anywhere else for a vintage lamp from the 70's. It uses 12 low watt bulbs. They were were able to get me just what I wanted, packaged well, and I would definitely buy from them again.
Site is intuitive and easy. Always a little apprehensive typing in my credit card. Hoping everything goes according to plan. Part page said it was in stock. And shipping page says in-stock items are shipped within 24 hours and UPS Ground take 2 to 6 business days after we ship your order. So looking forward to getting it soon. Thanks!
OK got it in expected time frame. Fan package was a little loose in the box like it tilted out of the styrofoam in box. But fan seemed to be in fine shape. It is now installed. It just seemed to have jogged out of the styrofoam and lots of little styrofoam pellets came out of the box when I opened it. Not a show stopper. Just thought I'd pass the details along.
Product was a good quality product, just not what we needed. I contacted customer service and spoke with a gentleman that was suppose to get back in contact with me about the issue yet has not done so as of this comment.
"I'm nervous that I don't know what the item looks like and while the part number is the same it still concerns me." This was my original question after my order was placed and saw that my items might not be returnable.
Subsequently I asked other questions "why does it take a week for my order to get shipped " to which I never received a response. Bottom line I received my item in a beat up box - thankfully my item was fine - yet throughout the process communication was frustratingly slow or nonexistent.

I received my order in only a few days. I had been waiting for several weeks from a local supplier for the same item. I still haven't been notified by them that it is in stock. Needless to say I will go to Gordon Electric Supply before ever ordering a special item locally. I'm very pleased with their service.
Like the wide range of products you carry. Easy to find the products I was looking for. Product prices are comparable or cheaper than other online sources. Appreciate the ability to "save" carts prior to going thru checkout. Checkout was easy but I did get hung up for a bit by the requirement for a PO number. Finally typed in the digital date for the order and it let me thru. I will be placing future orders as the need arises.
Shipping was far to high for what I ordered. My items could have fit in a first class mail bubble envelope. They weighed practically nothing less than a few ounces and yet I paid over 10.00 because I had to use UPS. Low stars due to high shipping cost
Answer: They offer refunds but will scam you of your time -- they put literally every electrical part to ever exist on their website and sell it to you... then they try and order it from the manufacturer. They sell you items that they don't have.
