Contacted customer service and they promptly reshipped the order on 8/16/24.
Gordon Electric promptly reshipped the order on 8/16/24 and it was received on 8/22/24.

I'm using this to house rotary switches for my solar setup, it sits between two Square D main panels ( 1 grid, 1 solar, i chose this item because it is 18 inch like the mains... makes my setup look very professional and clean

You need to communicate as to when an order is shipped, like with a confirmation and tracking number. I ordered and received no indication the item shipped until it showed up at my door. And now you want me to verify if I received the shipment. Communication, communication! Try it. It might garner a better rating, at least from me.

I really appreciate GordonElectricSupply! The pricing isn't always the greatest, but they always seem to have what is needed. And there are many times that pricing is in fact tagged far below other supply houses. Their delivery times seems to vary, but overall GES is quick to process/ship orders.

You have people working and they have time to process all orders, regardless of size. This looks like a "stick it to you" for just needing a small item.

Product quality, value, and order accuracy were outstanding. Delivery time was terrible...probably due to extenuating circumstances...but communication regarding delays could have been better. Customer service agents are very courteous, helpful, and professional.

Online ordering was easy but I had a question about my order when it arrived. I left several messages and emails with no reply.

Everything was easy but I wish you could ship out sooner than 5-7 days. That means the order will take 2 weeks to get here. If the time for shipping was faster, I'd give more stars. I'm a first time buyer here.

All was rec'd on January 28th, 2025. Only thing that I can comment on, is the delivery time. Order was placed Jan. 15th. It would be nice if the process time could be improved a bit.

I'm glad to have another avenue for purchasing needed equipment and one that isn't gouging because we haven't purchased from them before is a major PLUS.

These guys were super helpful and they nailed the replacement product I needed for cheaper than anyone else could. They also helped me through finding the right replacement motor for my fan. I will definitely use them again! Thanks so much!

Lutron products were as described and the majority were in stock. One tem held up shipment of order but a quick email to Gordon Electric and the remainder of order was shipped and I received it two days. Remainder of order is on back order.
