Gordon Electric Supply

Very happy to find the globe light bulbs at Gordon Electric Supply. The price was great so I bought 8 of them.

Upon installing one of the bulbs that I received it turned out not to be working. I immediately called the company and spoke with Ashley who apologized and told me she would send out a replacement as soon as it was restocked. Ashley did not give me the "3D" questions she just told me they would replace it without any problem.

I will definitely recommend this company to any of my friends and family. Kudos to a company who had a real live person answer the phone and take care of my problem without any hassle. This is customer service that keeps customers coming back and I certainly will.

On a Friday afternoon, I set up an account on line with your company which was an extremely easy process to complete. I then ordered a thermostat for a new heater that I had just purchased which was shipped out on Friday evening and I received my order on the following Tuesday before noon. To process, ship and have my order to me in this short time was unbelievable. I have mentioned this to some of my friends and will not hesitate using Gordon Electric Supply in the future. Absolutely horrible business model - we placed an order for a part to fill a client's order of ours. 1 week later, I contact GES to see what's going on and they cancelled the order saying they couldn't get the part in. Is there not a simple check for inventory when the order is placed? We waited a week to find this out now we don't have that time to find a replacement! Absolutely horrendous customer service rep Catt.

Bad paid for overnight ($90.00+) did not receive until 2full business days later. I ordered on a Thursday did not receive until Monday afternoon. Called on Friday to ask about delivery did not hear back from anyone. When i call Monday to ask about overnight charge i was told that i ordered to late in the day. Nowhere on the web site did I see a time listed for overnight to happen and when I called on Friday why was i not told that?

Placed an order for 5 wall plates, 4 switches and 6 light bulbs on 5/18. Order sat for 2 weeks before they did anything. Ship date is listed as 6/1, but UPS label not created until 6/5; item not in UPS hands until 6/6. And I paid $14.40 of "freight" for that $35 order that probably weighed less than 2 pounds. They obviously don't care about retail orders placed on the web. Their unit prices were good, and they had items I couldn't find on Amazon, but I'll look for another vendor before I use them again.

I needed replacement parts that were difficult to find. I'm not very handy either so I needed the exact parts to make the project simple. Gordon had the exact items I required at a reasonable price. The communication was excellent and delivery was quick. I got exactly what I needed and am happy overall. I would think of them first in the future when needed.
