Would prefer that when shipped, customer advised and tracking number supplied. In my case, order was delivered, but a substitute UPS driver put the parcel in a strange, different place, so I did not find it until I contacted Gordon to get tracking number, shipping info etc. That was a week after it was actually delivered, but I had no clue that it was even shipped. This was unfortunate, as shipping/delivery was very prompt.

The product was exactly as i had envisioned and was delivered in record time. Gordon Electric is now on my online shopping list for hard to find products at my local BIG BOX stores.

This first shopping experience was easy. Broan hood system replacement filters were exactly what I needed for my 10 year old unit. Your price was lower than all of the other online sites that I saw. I'm happy to support a woman owned business. Thanks very much.

I've been looking high and low for these hex (with a shoulder) bushings and I finally found them! I'll be passing information about your site on to one (or two) of my regular electrical suppliers so that they'll know where they can go if somebody else needs some.
Delivery took forever and a day (time of order to actual receipt). Oh well, I will stock these

They have to order parts sometimes and this takes longer that buying from a local vendor but the quality of Gordon products received has been great and costumer service has been good for me.

Quick, easy to use website. High-quality products. Very fast shipping. This clamp is just what I needed for my grounding purposes. Better quality than what was found in the local hardware big box stores. I recommend Gordon electric supply!

I just got my order 9/5/2018. I would've thought at nearly $8 Per Receptical that they would've at the very Least have been shipped individually in their Own Boxes. Nope, Loosely thrown in a Box with popped bubble pack. Unbelievable! Customer Service/ Care I guess no longer exists... To bad...

I ordered and received 4 Walker 895T electrical floor box covers. Unfortunately, they were not the correct size. No fault of Gordon Electric. The return process was easy and I am awaiting a credit to my account.

This was a small order for one item and that may be the cause for the two issues I had. One issue was that I did not receive an email with the tracking number when the order was charged on the card (could have gone to SPAM so I will never know if it was sent or not). The bigger issue was that once I did get the tracking number information I discovered that the item did not ship until three days after the charge went through my bank.
The long delay between charging and shipping would give me pause on ordering again but since this was a small item and I did end up receiving it, I have to let it go as just an anomaly. Customer service did respond the same day for the requested tracking information so that leads me to believe that this order just fell a little bit off from the normal track record.

So far so good,first time with your store.I received the product I ordered rather quickly,and it's already installed on my trailer,so I can keep my scoot's battery tended. Ordered item was exactly the part needed, at a reasonable price; will consider Gordon in future. Local electrical repair shop needed a special size wrench and an impact tool to install, so self repair would have been impossible, but buying the part myself saved me their upcharge.

Thrilled to find a replacement filter to fit my mom's rangehood, as it is an older model. Even more thrilled that Gordon Electric Supply is US (and IL) based...doesn't get more local than that! The item I purchased(replacement fan/blower)was shipped and arrived much faster then it was expected to be. The item was not only OEM but was priced approx. $50.00 less than any other source. First time user. Easy to use. Price is ok, but a little lower would be good. Need to actually receive the product to decide if total experience is good or bad. UPDATE: product arrived in a reasonable time. Product was in excellent condition and well packaged. Delivery cost at about $10 was about average but not as good as free, which is available at some internet sites. Product price was quite competitive with big box stores, but did not match "quantity discount" available at big box; in my case a relatively small amount of money. Email contact from Gordon Electric staff person, Margret Lamb, was most cordial and helpful. Will use this source again.

The website and a customer service rep both told me the item was in stock and would ship next day. It was not in stock and shipped 5 days later. Gordon Electric had several opportunities to solve the issue but was neither proactive nor responsive in the resolution. Instead, at their direction, my staff was required to do the extra work to solve the issue. By purchasing from Gordon Electric, I lost time and money.
