I was greatly pleased to find the units. I had ordered one several years ago from another source but they no longer had them. Thank you, it is much easier to replace the motor assembly than the whole unit.

Quick and easy. Now let's see how long it takes to get it to me.

The only issue that I had with this order was the lack of shipping information. I didńt receive a tracking number and when I called to check on the shipment, no one called me back. Otherwise, everything went well.

Took way too long. I understood parts were being ordered but it took over a week for my order to actually ship after I was notified that everything was available. Then I was told it shipped one day but when I called back the next day for the tracking, it had not actually been shipped yet. Customer service yanked my chain for three days before I could get any shipping info.

I had previously bought 9 of these for my whole house. One of them was accidentally broken and the local store said they had only carried them as a promotional item. So I got online and in less than a minute found Gordon's Elec. Supply. So I made my order and just a few days later they arrived. Very happy and I even ordered a couple of extras just in case another one gets broken by accident.

Easy ordering. Had the specific light fixture I needed that the big box stores didn't. Quick delivery of well-packaged items. Quality product. Received email when package was shipped, and received follow up email checking to ensure I received my order. Company also asked if I was satisfied with the product. As the rest of my old recessed light fixtures go out, I will definitely go to back to Gordon Electric Supply.

Placed my order... but the order was never shipped. After waiting 7 business days, I contacted Customer Service to get an estimated delivery date only to learn that my order had dropped through the cracks.

I am shopping to change suppliers and you definitely dropped the ball with this first experience with Gordon Electric.

Your website is fairly easy to navigate. I would like to see more product filters, so I could find the product I need quicker. I am glad to find a supplier with a high quality product line, such as yours, and in some cases, I can order less than full case quantities.

I little difficult searching for parts. Pics could be useful, but would probably also increase prices...
Took some time for the item to ship. But overall, I was glad to find a replacement part as a reasonable price.

I called Gordon Electric Supply with a question and received a friendly & knowledgeable response.

Items were shipped and arrived quickly.

Shipping is a little high.

I received my shipment yesterday, and when I installed them (one worked and the other did not work.)
I will attempt to contact the company on Monday and see what can be done.

Google search brought up the wrong product. Had to search again within your web site to find correct item. Item description lacked length of leads. Had to hunt elsewhere for adequate info before returning to purchase. Everything else was excellent and will use them again.

I was replacing a 3 way illuminated paddle light switch, and the new switches I received were not as bright as the old ones. Perhaps the manufacturer changed design!
Anyway everything else was great doing business with you!

The first delivery had a damaged part. You corrected it quickly by sending a replacement part that arrived yesterday and I was able to finish my project on time without a problem. I appreciate the customer responsiveness and will recommend Gordon Electric to other customers.

Website easy to navigate and prices are good, but order status and tracking information are not available online which would be very helpful. Also phone support is very good, but we are on the west coast and can't get anyone after 2 pm our time.
