With a bag less than half full then said they are not able to proceed with it any further. Both email and online support i have had to contact my bank and explain but have to wait for it to clear in order to do anything.
Continually supporting non-tipping customers who have record of not tipping when service is on time and stellar. Go puff knows exactly who these customers are and continues to gouge the drivers and screw them over.
They could clean the books of these bad customers but they don't because they can continue screwing the drivers over. It's a joke! Use another service who values is workers!
Because the way that there customer service is set up the worst I've ever seen you can't contact people if u need help absolutely sucks there chat support if beyond the worst y'all need to do way better y'all suck $#*! honestly how does your customer service now work?
If you are needing help with anything esp your account or even help with signing in, do not count on them to help you. They shut my account down when I needed assistance for my password change, and told me if I make any other attempts to create a new account it'll be shut down as well. I will not support go puff ever!

I have been a good customer for over 12 months getting many deliveries a week due to being unwell waiting for an operation. However I dnt know why they have gone so bad now,they take longer each time. I waited over an hour and half Tuesday,the customer service team are rude and couldn't care less. Told me I can have a £2.99 voucher and if I don't like it I dnt have to shop with them. Absoloutly shocking way to speak to a good paying customer
This company offered 50% off your first two orders. First order went fine with the discount applying automatically. Second order, the promo would not work. Chat support was rude and asked if I had taken screenshots of the promotion. Why would I need photographic evidence of a promotion you offered me. Disappointed.
Do not use this company. Both Favor and Uber Eats have far better customer service. I placed an order using a promotional code, but my order never arrived. After waiting three hours, I contacted customer support. I was told to cancel my order and that it would be redelivered within a certain timeframe. An hour later, I contacted support again, only to find out that no request for redelivery had been made.
I was offered a $25 credit for the $20 promotion I used, but the credit was not applicable to the items I originally ordered. The credit required a minimum cart value of $50 and could not be applied to tobacco or alcohol, which were the only items in my order. The original promo code did not apply to liquor but did to tobacco, making the credit useless for me.
Additionally, the credit had to be used within 30 days, forcing me to use it on household products that cost significantly more than at a grocery store. I only used this service for convenience and the promotion, but this whole process has been extremely inconvenient. Six hours later, I still haven't received my wine, and my night was ruined. Writing this review feels like a further waste of time.
I bought litter twice the first time I noticed it didn't quite fill up the box but didn't think anything of it. Just bought more, y'all empty them out and don't give me as much as there should be! Now I have to go to store and buy another container
They are the worst, I canceled an order immediately but they never refunded my money, they are thieves and have no respect for me.
They tried to deliver to a random address and hour away from me. When I contacted customer service they basically said that was on me and they will not refund my money
This site is so corrupt they took 71.00 from me when I accidentally signed up for the FAM subscription that I don't or didn't want and they won't give me my money back I beg your guys to NOT use this site
I work from home and somedays if I need something i cannot nove from home. I have even the fam subscription. More than once after 30 35 min waiting they cancel the order without any reason, so I stopped to use it too often bit as I paid for fam last time I tried to purchase from them. Again they have a missing item so they sent me a message saying that one item was missing and in the sms there was an offer to swap with another product, to write 1 if I wanted the swap or ignore the message, ensuring that if I was not accepting the swap they were going to send the other items anyway. So I tried to reply choosing the swap but my reply was not able to be delivered so they sent me another message saying "you did not accept the substitution so we removed the item from the basket and we will send you the remaining items" I waited other 15 minutes so 45 min in total and they cancelled my order saying "we received your request to cancel the order you will receive the refund in 5-7 business days" but I NEVER cancelled the order, and also the 45min caused me a problem also cause I had to replace the order somewhere else during the working hours and it is difficult for me to go out or monitoring the delivery. I did anyway. Obviously I contacted the customer service to complain for a cancellation of the order I never made! They replied we are sorry for the canc3lled order but you will receive the refund. What?!? I never requested the cancellation, why they cancelled without an authorisation by me?! Absolutely worst company ever, worst customer service and worst value! Shame on you

Go Puff won't stop charging my monthly subscription. I cancelled my subscription, removed my credit card, deleted my account and still get charged. I cannot find a phone number to call. The reason I cancelled is because they stopped servicing my area. It has been over 6 months. What a scam. Please, contact me if you have a customer care team so the chargers can be cancelled.
Avoid at all costs. I got in touch with Jack in Customer Service as the driver drove past my building and then kept going - ignored my calls, and went off with my food items. I received no help at all. Absolute scam
I actually read the reviews AFTER ordering, and got a bit nervous, because I gave them my CC info and all and wasn't sure if they were legit, But, they delivered within 15 Min! The delivery person was kind and professional.
I ordered wine BTW, so I recommend if you've been drinking and don't want to drive drunk but wanna keep the party going. I recommend.
Terrible, I've become a regular user however this was the worst experience. No of this should have left the kitchen. I'm a Manager in the food industry, and im firm on the motto "Never serve anything you wouldn't eat yourself."
Signed up today. Made a simple mistake that cost me $20. Was rudely told that it was my fault. Never again with these folks.
I wish it could be better because they're like the only app that delivered tobacco products but the service suck. Waiting two hours for my order just for they to tell me the warehouse is closed. But still let the order go thought knowing they cant or maybe just don't wait honor the service of their business. Giving this company zero star if I could. I will just get my own things and save way more money.
