I actually read the reviews AFTER ordering, and got a bit nervous, because I gave them my CC info and all and wasn't sure if they were legit, But, they delivered within 15 Min! The delivery person was kind and professional. I ordered wine BTW, so I recommend if you've been drinking and don't want to drive drunk but wanna keep the party going. I recommend.
I wish it could be better because they're like the only app that delivered tobacco products but the service suck. Waiting two hours for my order just for they to tell me the warehouse is closed. But still let the order go thought knowing they cant or maybe just don't wait honor the service of their business. Giving this company zero star if I could. I will just get my own things and save way more money.

Terrible, I've become a regular user however this was the worst experience. No of this should have left the kitchen. I'm a Manager in the food industry, and im firm on the motto "Never serve anything you wouldn't eat yourself."
This was our go to every weekend for over a year. Now, within the past two months three separate accounts have not been able to be used. I've called customer service multiple times. I was told that a tech form was filled out and I would hear from them. Needless to say I have heard NOTHING! So upset and disappointed

I had an issue about a promise of a $25 gift certificate because they messed up my order so badly. This company doesn't keep their promises! Stay away and use another. Other places are out there that are more competent.

Go Puff won't stop charging my monthly subscription. I cancelled my subscription, removed my credit card, deleted my account and still get charged. I cannot find a phone number to call. The reason I cancelled is because they stopped servicing my area. It has been over 6 months. What a scam. Please, contact me if you have a customer care team so the chargers can be cancelled.

After a huge delay of ~2 hours, my delivery driver dropped my order off at a random building that's not even on the same block, without so much as a text or any sort of communication. The items I had originally ordered are now out of stock.
There should be a short window where the customer is able to contact the delivery driver post-delivery. I know for a fact that Doordash does this, and it's helped to save one botched delivery in my own time using their service, and probably many more for other users of their service.
All I have to show for this experience is a pending charge on my card and some figurative shrugs from customer service. And a truly measly, piddly $5 credit after being disconnected/hung-up on by customer service TWICE. That's honestly insulting, but it's good to know how much your customers' time is worth to you.
I was legitimately counting on those tortillas, but now I have zero tortillas and my time is gone after the insane 2 hour delay. These burritos were going to feed and nourish the students attending my little cousin's afterschool music program. Now they are hungry, sad, and burrito-less, as am I. You should be sad too, and you should feel bad for being complicit in letting these poor children go without delicious burritos.
1/10 delivery experience. Will not order again.

My order was over 2 hours late and ended up getting cancelled because the people that work for Gopuff are incompetent. They gave us the wrong order first then tried to tell us our real order just disappeared. GoPuff drivers are stealing food.
It is a unprofessional place witch in the 6 month period that i worked there was changed possitions about 7 times with no pay training or complete training have to learn as you go
This site is so corrupt they took 71.00 from me when I accidentally signed up for the FAM subscription that I don't or didn't want and they won't give me my money back I beg your guys to NOT use this site

I work from home and somedays if I need something i cannot nove from home. I have even the fam subscription. More than once after 30 35 min waiting they cancel the order without any reason, so I stopped to use it too often bit as I paid for fam last time I tried to purchase from them. Again they have a missing item so they sent me a message saying that one item was missing and in the sms there was an offer to swap with another product, to write 1 if I wanted the swap or ignore the message, ensuring that if I was not accepting the swap they were going to send the other items anyway. So I tried to reply choosing the swap but my reply was not able to be delivered so they sent me another message saying "you did not accept the substitution so we removed the item from the basket and we will send you the remaining items" I waited other 15 minutes so 45 min in total and they cancelled my order saying "we received your request to cancel the order you will receive the refund in 5-7 business days" but I NEVER cancelled the order, and also the 45min caused me a problem also cause I had to replace the order somewhere else during the working hours and it is difficult for me to go out or monitoring the delivery. I did anyway. Obviously I contacted the customer service to complain for a cancellation of the order I never made! They replied we are sorry for the canc3lled order but you will receive the refund. What?!? I never requested the cancellation, why they cancelled without an authorisation by me?! Absolutely worst company ever, worst customer service and worst value! Shame on you
They tried to deliver to a random address and hour away from me. When I contacted customer service they basically said that was on me and they will not refund my money
Starting from the bonus which they falsely advertised complete 30 order in a week to get bonus. I have completed 60 to 80 orders a week never got a penny for bonus.
No respect is given to drivers and many time tips from customers to drivers are not paid.
If you are self employed you still have to wear uniform and also work when they want you to there is no flexibility.
They expect you to stay quite about everything if you want more shifts for next week.
I once had an issue regarding my availability on Friday. I've asked the manager to give me a day off as I couldn't work that particular day.
After agreeing to what was discussed he turned around he turned around and said he wants me to work that day even if I start late.
I got stuck in traffic once I messaged my shift leader to say I was going to be late due to traffic. I arrived at work on that day finished my shift. The next day I was told I can't get nomore shifts because I've not been able to commit to the days I had shift.
I'm also expecting my money that I've worked for.
They are the worst, I canceled an order immediately but they never refunded my money, they are thieves and have no respect for me.
