I ordered 5 items on 5/24. All were from the Colorado Goodwill. I received a shipment containing 4 items on 6/2. I have used the web-based form and emailed to inquire about the missing item. No response. I don't know if the item is coming or not. It's been almost 2 weeks. Really unprofessional. Shop at your own risk. If you do shop there, I recommend placing a separate order for each item so you can tell when each item ships. There's no way to tell if each item in a multi-item order has shipped.
Well first used them om may 29th when i found the sight and bought 2 autographed mini helmits.great price and was surprised at the low price.have used goodwill auctions for years and rarely had a problem or issue.cant say the same for good will finds...first i paid with paypal.i strongly recommend using it as your pay source.you wll be covered no matter what...i thought i would get communication regarding my order from good will find.never happened until about a week later when i contacted paypal about the status of my order.i finally recieved 1 helmet and took another week to get the second.no communication at all until i contacted pay pal.if your willing to wait 2 or 3 weeks with no communication or reply to emails.its ok.cant call a company number,no replies to your emails.why i strongly suggest using pay pal as your only pay source.they get after them to contact you about orders.yes they have good items if you put in the time to really see what they have and dive into it.but your going to wait to get your items with no support help or contact with them..
I ordered several items from them since April 21st, 2023; 2 items were missing from the shipment. Today is June 6th, 2023 and despite numerous emails inquiring into the missing items, all I've received is the automated email saying someone will reach out to me in a few days.
Do not buy at risk of not receiving or being refunded for missing items!

They sent me a non- Joe Montana jersey. They lost my son's robot ball toy in La Mess, NM. The chat bot assistant and the Fed Ex staff didn't help me. I will never trust them, buy from them again.
I ordered 9 items and have only received 2 at this point (5 days after ordering). I was charged 3 times all adding up to the total, but never got an email about anything. I found a phone number for them by going to Google maps, and that is *******483. This is the goodwill headquarters or something in the same building as GWF. I called and it rang for a long time, but someone ended up answering. I asked for GWF and she transferred me, only to be welcomed with voicemail. I'm assuming that box is less full than their email inbox, so I went ahead and left a message. Btw, the address is 1460 Garden of the Gods Rd, Colorado Springs, CO ******* and it was the return address on the one package I did get. Other than the ordering problems, the two items I received were in awesome condition.
They will leave a pending charge on your card for weeks and never ship it. Had I known that, i would have stayed away. There is no customer service either.
Provided all of the terrible reviews, I was worried I would have a terrible experience with my first order from Goodwillfinds.com. I purchased a vintage sapphire ring that I found two Etsy sellers listing for $90-220 more than Goodwillfinds.com. It shipped the day after I purchased and arrived three days later. The stone was a little loose, which is to be expected with a vintage ring, but I took it to a jeweler and they tightened the prongs for no charge. Given what other resellers are listing this same ring for online, I think I got a great deal.

I purchased some jeans from the online store. They sent me three pair in a childs size 12 instead of an adult size 12. I went back to check and the description did say womens. They said they could not find my order so they would not refund my money. I asked why they could not look at my order history because I could see it in the order. No response. Never again will I shop there. The item may not be all that expensive but the shipping is very expensive.
An expensive subwoofer that was listed as "seems to function properly" clearly didn't. Any reasonable, even non-technical person, would conclude that obvious fact if they heard what I heard. Goodwillfinds' solution to making it right was simple - it's not their problem anymore. It's appalling to discover an entity hiding behind the veil of questionable ethics. I'm out nearly $200.
I purchased a large ceramic figurine and arrived broken up into pieces. I wrote them many letters requesting a return or replacement of the item and after 5 or 6 letters they responded (not responsible). The worst customer service ever, dishonest operation at best.

I know, or would like to think, GW helps a lot of people across the USA. I also know the stores have greatly improved in appearance and merchandise has become organized. I also the know CEO is overpaid. So, how can such expensive oversight of operations have such a shiny tight run ship and have at least one hole in the hull; that being they can't fulfill an online order? LJWJR
