I ordered a microphone from goodwilldinds, which stated it worked. Spent $557. It took nearly a month to arrive, when I got the microphone I was excited to finally get it only to be let down that it didn't work. I tried to contact them twice but no response, I was charged nearly $600 for something that doesn't work. What a Scam!
Placed order on July 20th, 2023. It's now Aug 17th 2023.the order status REMAINS as "waiting to be fullfilled". Website is USELESS 'cause it wont provide customer service contact details or any other info for customers
Sadly they removed record of seller but I assume it was GW California again. My item I purchased was a bundle of toys that was originally listed for $100. No wonder because 2/3 particular figures value $100+ if they were fully intact. They weren't. The rest was a vintage toy with a value of $20-80. Obviously $20. Included same series vintage figures($10 for a lot). Plasticity and shiny. As well as one bootleg statue figure. I purchased them when they went almost half off. As well of another authentic toy for $20 of its half value. I purchased the next set of toys the next week. Half priced funkos and 2 loose figures. I received the latest purchase. I originally assumed California would have combined both orders. But since the $20-80 figure was one feet(this is a kids toy advertised for the children's height, like a good friend). I don't recall the items well. Looks like I missed two types of common toy figures. I doubt the box they sent me had it in. None of my second order was in it. I have completed 60 business days. Since May 18. I can not accuse the age of the second order compared to half sale of funkos. You had to older to be a half clearance. Sometimes they half clearance immediately if they find a bootleg they were accidentally selling for scalper price. The funkos were bad condition compared to the listing. Yet it could be expected of it's monthly age. I had issues with payment, ghost orders on the same order I never received. I contacted immediately and suddenly my money returned in 30 minutes. I then ordered the same item. Charges dropped a few days later… After receiving my third order. I contacted a week later about the missing charges and non shipped order number 2. I received the charges later and received shipped notice for both. It's been 2 month and I have not received the second order. Link has already expired. Which showed an empty tracking to ups. Only one person got there's for doing the same thing I did. I based my review on my first purchase and me trying to hunt a figure. It's doubtful it'll make it to a half sale. The other one never got the half sale. Yet it wasn't scalpers price. So it's gone after many months. Purchased happily at shopgoodwill. Yet that's a different method than storing items for months.
Final note: sent my last message to support about looking into receiving the items if not refund. In desperation. I contacted gw cali email. And they told me that my items were shipped in a particular date. 2 months ago. I did not inform them about the last ship notice. They provided that information. And is going to contact someone that's going to try issue the refund. We would not know what will happen to the package. We cannot claim it. I needed that one particular figure to not spend a lot on it. $17 compared to $70. It was very loose. No accessories even missing a major accessory on the clothes. The rest can pass as regular figures. Im looking at my next victim of a large package. Maybe someone will buy it first. They did before any sales. With the refund, I got the full figure for around $65 eventually. I did not need the other figures. Except for one. I was hoping she was my first figure of that line. Part of the missing package. Rumors said you can pickup at fedex. Would that insure us it will be tracked if goes through a different system. Even I could have picked up the item. But it will cost me $10 plus returning late. Since I live 57 miles away. What's funny it got lost within 57 miles. It can be in Los Angeles or Riverside.
Mink fur coat ordered on 6/17. Cost of coat 25. Total 61 so shipping cost more than the item but $61 for a mink coat, I thought it was still a great deal. I think it took 4 weeks to arrive. I lost patience and requested a cancelation on 7/15. Two days later, it was delivered. The ad said it was described as good condition no defects noted. However there was 4 cuts and a bald spot. I filed a refund request and it was refunded I think two weeks. I was worried a bit because I was worried that they would think I was trying to cancel the order. I was bumped that it didn't work out but they did honor their policy without too much trouble on my part.

They also cancelled one of my orders for a completely bs reason. It's a hit or miss with what you get. Pictures don't always show damage and the item descriptions are not good. The stuff is used so you are rolling the dice. My low rating is strictly due to cancelled orders and missing items with no communication.

The problem I have is the inconsistency. This is supposed to be shopping at a bargain. There is no matter what a shipping cost on top of anything ordered and I get it. But this is not an online consignment store it's used goods. Even if there in good shape but what I don't understand is how you can have let's just do baby dolls from 6$ bucks to maybe like $50 for a used baby doll now Ok maybe I get that if there a big name brand or reborn or high end and in mint condition. But to have even the best selling dolls on your website between 200-500$ is outrageous they can be bought brand new for that. I hope someone can take this review into consideration and make things affordable. I get an upcharge everyone have bills and employees to be paid but these are donated goods maybe try to be reasonable.
I was going to order an item from this website totaling about $30. I put in my address (I live in TN) and the shipping was about 4x the amount of my order total. Over $120 for shipping is absolutely ludicrous. I am a small business owner and am familiar with shipping costs, so I don't know where they're getting it from. Will never shop here. Not to mention some of the prices are ridiculous. For example, $100 for a used Lululemon belt bag is insane. Buyer beware.
I bought a nice jewelry set at a decent price However, I emailed customer service right after the purchased because I was over charged and to this date I still have not heard back from them. So, if you have an issue or over charged you there is no way to contact them.
The gold ring that I ordered came as it was described and pictured. The only questionable part is whether or not it is 14k gold. The title said 14k, but the description said 10k. Unfortunately I would need a magnifying glass to know for sure which one it is and I don't have one. I also did not like that I never received an email from them with my order and shipping information. The order did arrive in around a weeks time, which I feel is reasonable.

I've found some great deals on goodwillfinds from vintage Tonka toys, to bulk jewelry, clothing, music gear, original pieces of art, and recently a new model typewriter still in its original box. 10/10 would shop with them again. Orders always arrive on time and in the condition they are in the photos.
Do not respond to email nor phone calls. Recieved merchandise that was stolen and can not be authorized. Their failure to communicate has forced me to dispute the credit card charge. This is a bad company.

Bought an antique wood wall clock from GWF and it was shipped super fast and packed very well. This is the second time I have ordered from here and the first time I ordered a vintage/antique Cuckoo Clock. Both clocks exceeded my expectations and were in fantastic condition. Shipping was very fast from FedEx. I received my items within five days of purchase! They had great prices for the items I purchased and the shipping was only $22. Would definitely buy again! They have some great buys on clocks, antiques, clothes, you name it! I'll definitely be doing business with GWF again!
