I had no trouble getting the tickets, but I wish there was a way to refund because of things that may come up.

Got my tickets to download in just a few hours. Was able to download and also send to my email. Ordering was easy and quick to do.

Good but I still haven't received my tickets so I'm a little confused about that. They are supposed to be printable but I cannot find them in my email to print them

This was a yes good win for me, coupon made it easier for me to get this $#*!s, (the tickets) at first a problem was there but now i have the tickets and going to end up somewhere after that concert, not sure where that night after bc it will be to much partying and all that, ykwtfgo

Never used this vendor before. I've got to say I'll be back. I scored pit Slipknot tix for a fair price. Ticket Master had nothing left in the pit that is.

I ordered tickets to a concert and still have not received them. Customer service refuses to refund my money. I will be making a fraud claim with my bank.

I ordered my tickets on Monday and it's Thursday and they're in my hand. That was great the only thing is I wished I could have seen seating chart better before I order the tickets but I got good tickets. Will definitely be using this site again

I ordered parking ticket for a concert 26 dollars instead of 14 due to delivery charge. Well hello have not been delivered as of 5/3. I recieved email saying would be delivered 5/1. I have sent 3 emails with no response. Thank u God I didn't purchase concert tickets.

Only received email notification of purchase. Have not received tickets yet, of course. I hate paying a third of the ticket price in fees. This is why many people including myself don't go to shows and concerts more often.

They don't reveal their fee added to the tickets until you click accept on final stage of charging. Extremely unethical. Lots of folks site this issue, but reviews are buried. They've listed my tickets as 'delivered' but were not. Paid just under $1,000 for tickets to an event and am wrestling with them about the tickets I DON'T HAVE YET.
