All in all I got my tickets however if a digital copy could be available without waiting through the box office wpuld be highly recommended! Thanks for getting us a cheaper deal in the long run yall were the cheapest I found and I looked for days! Have a blessed day!

DON'T buy tickets from this site until you have checked Ticketmaster prices. Ticketmaster's price for the same seats (actually one row forward) would have been $150.00 CHEAPER.
Do your research. Very frustrating experience. Company doesn't provide an opportunity to review or rate your experience after purchasing from them either... no surprise there.

They basically literally ripped us off...
Took $300 off our account for tickets we never received... and then did not want to refund our money back... :) charming, isn't it?
Seriously, get your tickets from somewhere else, this is the worst customer service ever...

Only received email notification of purchase. Have not received tickets yet, of course. I hate paying a third of the ticket price in fees. This is why many people including myself don't go to shows and concerts more often.

Hopefully everything will go so smoothly each time I utilize this electronic agency. Some of these are better than others. Some such agencies prefer to play technological hide-and-seek, which I avoid. Rich Sternberg

Very easy to follow web site. They provided a lot of instructions which was great because this was my first time using flash seats. I will always buy through flash seats. The service charge is worth the peace of mind buying on line and not getting ribbed off.

Ordered tickets over 2 months ago. We are two days from the event that is a 10 hour drive from my home and no tickets. I have called repeatedly and I'm told the "team" will contact me to solve and no one has followed up. These are almost $500 in tickets which the majority of the cost is service fees. Beware they appear to be crooks. Zero stars would better represent this site.

The ordering process was very easy. My tickets were in my email within 5 minutes. Only negative thing to say is that the convenience fees were a little too high. But overall a great experience & I would purchase from here again.

I been fighting with Paypal trying to get me a refund since I first bought them! I wanted to cancel 5 minutes after buying. Taking someone's hard earn money is what crooks do, only difference they don't have a gun.

They use the bait and switch strategy. Offers you tickets at a lower price but guess what in few hours you'll get and email saying those tickets were no longer available and they'll offer you different seats which are priced originally the price you have paid and there is a chance of another change but you can't cancel your order basically telling you (you're stuck with it now). Pretty cool trick they use...

Tickets were about $30 less than other sites. There was still a service fee but it was 39$ compared to the typical $45. I got my tickets super fast and was able to pay through pay pal which makes me feel safe. All and all I will def. Come directly back to this website when purchasing my next tickets. Which is right around the corner. Better start looking!

I was gonna give this site a great review until it made me sit here and type out one hundred characters on a review. On the other hand I could only buy 2 or more tickets from origin site and only needed 1 so I came to you guys. Thanks but should clean this part of the process up.

I order the tickets online, which I've never done before and was very nervous because they had 2 weeks to get the tickets to me. I was totally surprised when they came in the mail just 3 days after purchase. It was a very thrilling and happy time for my daughter and I. Please don't hesitate about this site. No matter where you buy tickets from for any venue, you will have to pay a service fee and taxes. The low ticket prices on this site gives you about $20.00 lower rate for the actual ticket price, so when they add the additional fees and taxes your still paying less.

First time using this service, hoping things go smoothly and the seats are exactly what I ordered. The surcharges were super expensive, will write review after I attend to ensure things go as expected.
