Bought my ticket for a concert, which was postponed twice but their customer service rejects a refund. It's difficult to get someone in line to begin with, than they are rude and overwhelmed. I wish I would have never bought with them. In addition, we bought their insurance in case we cannot.go which is useless because they also do not refund for postponed concerts. You will spend hours trying to resolve issues and that is not worth the money while other companies refunded with no issue.
