Good Seat Tickets

I bought two tickets to Dashboard Confessional before seeing these reviews and was a little worried, but went with it anyways. I called the number to confirm I had the tickets and where I was going to pick them up. They told me an hour before at "will call". Yet again I was a little nervous, but I showed up and they were there! So here in Utah it worked out great hah. You get hit with the fees and everything but it was worth it. Keep in mind I bought them 1 day before the actual event. Still worked out great (: Thank you!

People, please don't buy tickets from these crooks. Once you buy them there is nothing you can do to get your money back regardless of what happens next, even when it's their fault!

They promised to e-mail the tickets in a timely manor, that didn't happen and it cost me over $671.28 for 3 tickets that never arrived in time.

They sold tickets to us at 230% of face value for a show that isn't even sold out. Then they charged a $30 service fee and $15 delivery fee. We ended up paying $184 for what should have been $66 tickets.
Complete rip off. The lady on the phone said that people basically just scalp tickets on the website for whatever price they want and I said "isn't that illegal?" She said "right." Not sure if she is just incompetent or just admitted to them running an illegal website but either way, this site should be avoided at all costs.

Customer service is terrible, won't give you a refund even if it was their screw up. Stay far far away from this website. Stay far away from any resell website, there's too much of an opportunity for them to scam you. Buy directly from the source. Had to cancel my whole account to keep them from getting my hard earned money. When I called customer service, the rep I got was incredibly combative from the start, didn't even offer up a way to help or anything. Ridiculous. I ended up buying valid tickets from the direct source... do not mess with these idiots.

Purchased football tickets from them. Bought nine tickets three worked. We got to stadium and they said tickets scan was no good. There were three hundred other purchases on the same seats they told us this happens all the time nothing they can do so whoever entered first with the ticket were allowed in everyone else out of luck. During the game no one in the seats we purchased. Just one horrible experience. Fraud fraud fraud. Called good seats back they act like its our fault. Still trying to get our money back

They listed rows "G through A" at the front of the stage for a concert. They sent me general admission grass seats for 230 bucks?! NO WAY! SCAMMERS. Tried to call and absolutely no help. They said I needed a screen shot of it to show them the mistake that they made. Obviously most sites know what seats people purchase and general admission is obvious. They said "just wait for an e mail" that by the way takes 72 hours for them to tell you you cannot be reimbursed and they don't have the tickets anyway.

November 16,2017 I came to Nassau Coliseum with my family to watch Disney on ice however upon arrival I was told my tickets were not valid due to someone else using the tickets... two people at that! My daughter stood on the line and started panicking and crying, I was then ask to repurchase another sets to tickets prior to spend over hundred dollars for a family of three. I am in disbelief, saddest and shocked and felt robbed at the same time. I thought I was saving money instead I overspent.

I put the tickets in my cart and after entering my payment info, I received a notice that the price increased by $20 per ticket. Also, nothing in the origins listing said anything about "limited view" or "partial view". Now the confirmation email says this. Very disappointed and probably won't use this site again.
