Worst company

I bought tickets thinking it gives me good seats and discount. Before I submitted the credit card the price was as indicated but once my credit card was charged, additional fee were applied. I also purchased insurance to protect the tickets for ""free cancellation". I found out soon after that I could not go to the event due to conflict of schedule I didn't realize. They refused to refund me and referred me to the insurance policy, stating that only if anyone holding the tickets are sick with doctor's notes the cancellation is free. That was NOT what they advertised which is very misleading. Customer care was extremely rude and after investing in the case and was told there was no cancellation, they completely cancelled my tickets. I paid a few hundred dollars for NOT having tickets to watch the show. The company was misleading and provided the worst ever service. If I could rate it -10 I would!

Stay away

They don't reveal their fee added to the tickets until you click accept on final stage of charging. Extremely unethical. Lots of folks site this issue, but reviews are buried. They've listed my tickets as 'delivered' but were not. Paid just under $1,000 for tickets to an event and am wrestling with them about the tickets I DON'T HAVE YET.

I have just been on the phone with Good Seat about a refund they said they processed TEN DAYS AGO. Turns out that never happened. The person on the phone apologised and said they would process it today. I made it very clear initially in the call 10 days ago that I am leaving the country and closing my bank account in 2 weeks so will need the refund issued ASAP. The money is not going to come in time and the person on the phone simply said 'I don't know what to say'. So guess who's not getting their $200 back for a show that got cancelled. Absolutely ridiculous. Stay away from this company.

Do not buy from this site! It's 2 days before the concert and still haven't received my ticket. They sent me an empty FEDEX envelope about 2 months ago and then got an e-mail saying it was a mistake and the tickets would come closer to the concert. I called customer service and now they are telling me to pick it up at the box office. This won't work because I ordered this ticket for my daughter and she won't be able to pick it up. Wondering if the ticket will even be at the box office if we show up. Customer service was looking in to an electronic ticket but haven't heard anything and now can't get through to customer service.
This place is a joke!

Crooks

I wish I had read these reviews before I made the terrible mistake. One problem when ordering thru this site is that they don't reveal the seating information until you already purchased it. The only info they will provide you is the row. I ended up getting the corner seats at the very left side which had a terrible view. I called to cancel or change seating but they won't do it. What made it worst is that I found ticketmaster.com provided the exact seating info and the price is half the cost. They are just a middleman for ticketmaster. Don't buy from this crook!

Show tickets

The website was easily accessible and found tickets that I could afford. I wanted to get better seats but with the added fees I could not do so. Therefore I had to change my selection a couple of times. I do hope the everything works out because I am very anxious to see Tim McGraw and Faith Hill in concert. I did research your website and found you sold tickets to many venues and many various artists so that was reassuring to me.

SCAM

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. If you don't want to have a potential of a problem - stay away. We purchased tickets on the day on the concert, they didn't send the link, only a reference # (why in the whole world?) By the time they sent a link to a ticket, it was 9 pm, 1/2 through the concert. So we had to cancel. They refused to refund money, plain lying that we "downloaded" tickets. On every request to provide a proof of the non-existing download they either 1) hang up or 2) refused to provide a reason. While a clear case of breaching contract, they accused us in their failure to deliver... they said, its our fault of calling them and reminding to send tickets...

Ordered Garth Brooks tickets, paid by CC/ did not receive my e-tickets (just confirmation e-mails) and 3 days later, Good Seats informed me that my tickets have been cancelled. Just unbelievable business practices!

COUNTERFEIT TICKET
April 6, 2016

BUYER BEWARE... Bought a $450 ticket to attend Hamilton on Broadway. Made the 5 hour trip to NYC to see the show. The ticket was counterfeit and had been sold multiple times. We were denied access to the show. In addition, they will not refund my money. Had to dispute the charge w/ my credit card company. Stay away!

Worked good

We were having a hard time finding Arianna Grande tix and didn't want to deal with craigslist so we tried this site and it worked OK. Paid slightly more than original ticket price for the pair but not by much, so it was all good.

Scam site
October 26, 2014

Scam site. Their phone number goes straight to voice mail, and their customer support email gets bounced back as undeliverable. They did not email me a receipt, but they sure charged my card. I will be disputing the charge with my CC company. Check their Facebook page -- full of comments of people complaining. I have no idea why so many positive reviews are floating around for this scam site.

You may get tickets in a different section than what you purchased as stated online since they don't require their ticket owners to specify the exact section that the tickets are in, allowing them to be misleading on purpose. The cust rep told me that you cannot go by what the online listing says, and that you have to call to get more accurate information, as though this was a policy stated on the website which is not the case. I overpaid about $85 per ticket and they won't issue me the refund I demanded.

This company is a total sham! I purchased tickets six months before my event for specific seats. I never received the official tickets, only to be called a week before and told that those seats are not available and that they were gonna "upgrade me. The upgrade was not satisfactory due to being seven rows back versus front row 2nd tier and they would not budge. I was stuck between a rock and a hard place because the event was sold out. I have never been more disappointed and had the worst customer service. I will never go through them again and plan on taking legal action! These people should not be in business!

Great prices. Easy to navigate through the website. Not so happy I did not get to print my tickets immediately... they are not available for download until closer to the date of show! Prices were good, did not like the fee of $54 per ticket. But still cheaper than other ticket selling websites. Their fees were even higher.

Surfing through the website is simple and easy. The prices were the best when i was comparing through at least five sites or more. I did however didn't realize the fees that were going to be attached onto my purchase thought. I do wish however you had a customer service that did communicate through a phone and no VIA email.

I purchased tickets for a Spring Training game on Friday through Good Seat Tickets. My credit card was charged and I received a confirmation number. Come Tuesday, I received an email that the tickets were no longer available! Prices had doubled in the meantime, and they refused to help make up the difference in cost!

I bought tickets 2 days ago to a concert that will be in September through goodseats.com, and was charged $1,175.37 for TWO tickets! My daughter read all the reviews, both good and bad on THIS site, which made me extremely leery about the legitimacy of the company, especially after receiving an error message on the confirmation page. I called my credit card company and told them about my concerns. They put a security closure on my account (I'll be getting a new card and account number) and removed the $1,175.37 charge. In the meantime, my daughter went online and bought BETTER tickets in BETTER seats through the venue's site. Total
Cost for two tickets: Only $261.75. A saving of over $900.00! I am so proud of my super-smart daughter, but I feel like a big dummy. Save big bucks and do not buy tickets for ANY event from goodseats.

Wow Service Charges
October 5, 2017

I was walking out of a restaurant and hit 'Process' without fully realizing that I got $72 worth of service fees. Unbelievable. Last time I don't read the fine print.

I just hope this show is worth me overpaying by $100 from what I would have paid at another site. I'm sick at my stomach! What a mistake!

Best Prices

Lower prices than any of the other sites you can purchase tickets through, which made the service and delivery fees less hard to swallow. Also, I received an additional 5% off to entice me to come back and purchase the tickets I had been looking at the evening before.
