I bought tickets to a football game a month ahead of time so I can have them and ready. I have been calling to find out why over a week later I haven't gotten my ticket. I was directed to a manager. I had to open a login to ticket master to get my ticket there which will not be sent to me till 2 days before the event. I DO NOT LIKE THIS! HOW ARE YOU GOING TO GIVE ME WHAT I PAID FOR A MONTH LATER RIGHT BEFORE THE EVENT. My friend went to vivid seats and already has her ticket. Ive been on the phone trying to figure out why my ticket wont be released to me till 2 days before the event. The worst ticket buyer I have ever experienced. I very worried as to I still am waiting on my ticket. The saying you get what you pay for 100% true. Get cheap. Bad service. All they keep saying is they guarantee I will have my ticket 9/13. OMG! I bought it 8/17!
Ok. Wish I would of known my seat when I paid for the ticket but it doesn't show that part. Other than that I was able to find the tickets pretty easily
Helpful and good if you want cheap concert tickets! Would definitely recommend to other people who want to go to a concert and get cheap seat tickets! Will use this again

My son purchased 2 tickets to a Chris Young concert, we received a receipt email but NOTHING more. 3 emails & 4 phone calls the customer service person says maybe call this # in the morning to see if they know what to do. I will NEVER use this poor excuse of an event ticket sales again. Horrible experience and hoping to not be out $200!

This site was very easy to use and my first time. I just wish, like some of the other sites, that they had pictures of the theater and view of where you'd sit and your view.

I put the tickets in my cart and after entering my payment info, I received a notice that the price increased by $20 per ticket. Also, nothing in the origins listing said anything about "limited view" or "partial view". Now the confirmation email says this. Very disappointed and probably won't use this site again.
Called and was super nice. These folks are totally inflexible. Wanted me to sell that tic on another site. It was their error. Disputing with credit card now. Could have been fixed so easily.
So far, it has been a simple process and hopefully we will enjoy our experience at the concert. Satisfied
