It was a wonderful experience I only wish you could go ahead and print out your tickets so they would be in hand. Nervous about the wait.
I ordered tickets on site and only received an email of confirmation with a link to get my tickets. The link required me to make an account and enter the pin sent by good seat. No pin was ever sent. Tickets never came via email yet money was taken out of my checking account.
When I contacted customer service I was told there are no refunds yet site states under FAQ that states tickets delivered on time or you don't pay. I referenced that in my contact with customer service & was told tickets were delivered to my email.

Buyer be where! Make sure you have exercised all options before using Good Seat Tickets co. The refund policy is a joke! I purchased tickets through them for the first time and there will not be a second. The venue I was going to attend was a football game in Oakland but the game originally started at 520pm but game time got changed to 1:25pm. I decided I couldn't go so instead of understanding or trying to work with me they were resistant and hide behind their return policy which is " all sales are final". Use ticket master even if it's more money, it will save you the hassles of dealing with 3rd parties shenanigans.

Very poor company. Ordered a Drake ticket day of. Called them to only find out they wouldnt give me my ticket after purchase. Worst site ever. Dont go to them/\.
I ordered my tickets online and it was a breeze. When placing my order I was able to choose my seats and pay right there. It was a pretty easy process and the price was great. I'm happy I chose this site to do business with. Thanks
The ordering process was very easy. My tickets were in my email within 5 minutes. Only negative thing to say is that the convenience fees were a little too high. But overall a great experience & I would purchase from here again.
Think twice about ordering from good seat tickets. I ordered Hamilton ticket and thought I was good to go. Two day after I order i received email that basically told me they would refund my money because tickets are no longer available. So by the time I found this out ticket we're sold out. Called customer service and was told that there was nothing they could do. I will never use there services again.

I bought tickets to a concert back in February of 2018. The concert was August 25th. The venue I was at needed a confirmation email for the tickets. I called the customer service and was put on hold for 30 minutes. The show was well underway so I hung up and we left. Horrible customer service... avoid buying from here!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. If you don't want to have a potential of a problem - stay away. We purchased tickets on the day on the concert, they didn't send the link, only a reference # (why in the whole world?) By the time they sent a link to a ticket, it was 9 pm, 1/2 through the concert. So we had to cancel. They refused to refund money, plain lying that we "downloaded" tickets. On every request to provide a proof of the non-existing download they either 1) hang up or 2) refused to provide a reason. While a clear case of breaching contract, they accused us in their failure to deliver... they said, its our fault of calling them and reminding to send tickets...
The fees are almost as high as the tickets. For example: $200+ tickets will be charged $86 for each + a delivery fee for mobile tickets. After you pay (and only after you pay) you will get your nonrefundable seat assignments. If they are obstructed, you are out of luck. You can't even sell them because most of the sales are for mobile tickets only - they can't be printed or uploaded. This company obviously allows unethical sellers to do business with customers. You can buy premium seats as I did, but you will be out of a lot of money. This happened to me twice. I lost around $1200. 00. Fair warning. This is a crap shoot and only the customer can lose. Go straight to the venu to buy tickets. They will charge about the same and let you pick your seats - not just your section.
