This was our first time to use Good Seat Tickets, but it was very fast and the delivery was automatic. Could not be happier.
I bought 2 tickets for Marc Anthony for my boyfriends bday 2 months before concert! And I got the transfer successfully done e- mail but never got the tickets to scan at the door. I emailed them days before and they said that I had received them and to check my junk mail etc. So I did and never found anithing.
We get to concert and they didn't let us in because we needed to have scan codes so they could let us in. They ended up sending us to the ticket box and they said they could t do anithing about it and that we weren't the only ones who had had that problem with this company that night.
I tried calling them to fix our problem but the office was closed.
We had to buy new tickets! I called the day after to see if we could get our money back and the guy said that they couldn't because the tickets were sent! Then he said I had to download an app which nowhere in the In the instructions did it say to download any app. Then i looked for the so called app and it was nowhere to be found. Then he said I had to download Ticketmaster I think it was just a bunch of bull$#*!! I am very disappointed of this company and I will never buy from them ever again! I feel like it's a scam.! If anyone had this same problem please email me! Maybe we can do something about it to get our money back! I feel bad for my boyfriend cause at the end of the day he had to pay for his own bday gift!

Save more by going through Good Seats than I would have with Ticket Masters. So glad I found them. Will use them the next time I need to buy tickets to an event

It's has been 48 hours and I haven't received my e-tickets. Called customer service and they said it could take up to 24hrs before the event to receive my tickets. They also said I had to download flash seat to get my tickets. I'm still waiting...
Service was fast and reliable. No complaints here. Really impressed with the service on such short notice, will definitely use them again!
I bought tickets thinking it gives me good seats and discount. Before I submitted the credit card the price was as indicated but once my credit card was charged, additional fee were applied. I also purchased insurance to protect the tickets for ""free cancellation". I found out soon after that I could not go to the event due to conflict of schedule I didn't realize. They refused to refund me and referred me to the insurance policy, stating that only if anyone holding the tickets are sick with doctor's notes the cancellation is free. That was NOT what they advertised which is very misleading. Customer care was extremely rude and after investing in the case and was told there was no cancellation, they completely cancelled my tickets. I paid a few hundred dollars for NOT having tickets to watch the show. The company was misleading and provided the worst ever service. If I could rate it -10 I would!
The tickets I bought were more than %60 less than the box office. Arrived in my email faster than expected. I will use this site again!
