This was our first time to use Good Seat Tickets, but it was very fast and the delivery was automatic. Could not be happier.
If I could leave a negative review I would. I ordered my prescription sunglasses and sent them my prescription. When I finally got my sunglasses, they were the completely wrong prescription. I overnighted them back to them to redo. Six weeks later, I still do not have my correct sunglasses. I have sent 27 copies of my prescription and they keep saying they dont have it even though they respond to the email. I have asked for my money back since they offer a 100% money back guarantee and I can't get that. So now I have no product and we are out almost $200. Do not do business with this company.

We have a 14 day return policy where we provide a prepaid shipping label to send the glasses back. We might not be able to locate the glasses you sent back since you sent them on your own.
