My experience was very quick and good, the tickets could have been a little cheaper but it was a last minute thing and i had to have them so i bought a them

I ordered my tickets at 8am and then i called to check why my tickets was not in my email. They said that i need more information verified. Which i sent a picture of my id twice which still no tickets. So i called again and of course they need more information from me and i still dont have the tickets that i payed for

The tickets are cheap but come with pricey fees and about 3 of them. Out of all the websites and apps for tickets these were marketed as cheapest. It was fast and easy to get them.

Seemed shady, got charged a $95 service fee which I think is a load of crap, I've never been charged that much before. I didn't even know about the fee until after I paid so I'm kinda pissed.

I am totally unsatisfied with my purchase and this company. Don't waste your time and money on these scammers. Go to ticketmaster

They sold me tickets u didnt even want and when I called to correct it they told me to basically f off.

So this was a once and done transaction. Received a call back three hours after place (and a hold on credit card was completed) that the tickets I bought were not available. They offered my cheaper, further back seats for the same price.

DO NOT TRUST TICKET THIS TICKET SITE

First time using this service, hoping things go smoothly and the seats are exactly what I ordered. The surcharges were super expensive, will write review after I attend to ensure things go as expected.
