(2) If a product is salable they also sell it themselves competing with their own merchants (3)They add hidden fees to their merchants' sales making products from their own merchants less profitable. (4) They finance their free shipping for their own products by overcharging their own merchants and continuously look for new sucker merchants. (5) They only buy their products from Divisoria and resell them using bad business practice to offer them at lower price. (6) They also say you don't have to withdraw your money immediately (from sales) and can withdraw later - but later your money is gone, like being robbed. If they can do this to their merchants they can also do this to buyers as evidence by other reviews
I had concerns over the lack of information on some items that was very relevant to if the item was suitable for my purpose. I tried 5 times to contact them. Evey email that I sent was returned. And that from their listed CONTACT EMAIL. NO Customer Service listed! Smells of high level rip offs. BEWARE
They delivered a different design and it took 3 months for them to make the refund! They had my bank details and still not refunding until finally on the 3rd month I offered that the refund be made with Cebuana! Jusko pwede naman pala sa ibang paraan di kagad sila nag suggest! Tapos nasa kanila na yung bank details ko anobayan! Also, the seller is not so accommodating they will reply after several days or even almost a week! Tsaka bakit hindi makapag write ng review?!
It took me a week to receive my order. Only to find out that what they've sent me are totally different from what is posted. I've ordered 3 blouses from 2 different sellers pera isa lang dun ang tama. Yung dalawa ibang iba sa binili ko. Super laki pa ng size. Ipapamigay ko na lang kesa masayang. Sayang lang ang pera! Madaya ang ibang seller nila.

Ordered a dash cam. What i received was like a toy! No camera. No battery. In other words, it is NOT a dash cam. Many times i communicated with them and no one picked up the return item. Never again will i order from goods.ph! Actually, the rating should be zero.

It's nice to know comments with Goods.ph. I also ordered three bags last October 27,2016. The mode of payment that I opted to was COD. When I checked the status of my orders, it was stated waiting for payment but they confirmed my orders. Up to now, my orders did not arrived so I just cancelled it. The best thing is that, I did not opted to pay. Atleast, I did not lost anything,
I ordered a smartwatch 3 times and I was also charged 3 times and it did not arrive at all. After I was charged, the order status has been changed to cancelled/ uncollected.

I ordered an item and it took forever to be delivered. Once the item is at my doorstep, the delivery man was asking for payment since the note said COD. Really! I paid the item in full via paypal and they placed a note for COD?
Worst online experience ever
I ordered items on Oct. 20 and I still haven't received them. It's been 7 weeks to be exact and they haven't shipped my items! Their customer service sucks as they provide me with wrong information! They said that the order is on it's way, then after following it up they told me that they are still waiting for the items to be completed! So how cool is that?! And now I'm asking for a refund and they are ignoring me! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! Not worth your time and money.
I bought 3 bags and an umbrella and I noticed that they were imitations and not a good quality products.

I bought an " LG HBS800" Bluetooth earphone last sept. 16,2016 for the price of P543.10 but the posted price is P639.00. I got a discount by using their discount code. After 3 days, I got my order, I was so excited when I tried it in my iPhone. Behold! It didn't connect to my cp. I was very upset... it doesn't work to my phone... but when I tried to pair it to my iPad mini, it worked! So I tried to pair it again to my cp, it did connect but when I played a music in my cp, I got mad bcoz I can't clearly hear the music, it's choppy! The connection fails a lot. So what I did is I watched the video in YouTube about the review in this product, how to know the original lg earphone to the FAKE ones.if you pair the original earphone to your cp, it will appear to your cp: LG HBS800 not HBS800 only... There are more other differences about this earphone in their review... When the video is done, that's when I realized that I bought a FAKE one! I was very frustrated. I wasted my money for this item. So GOOD.PH, please, make sure that the items you are posting or selling is legit, ok! I was really disappointed... I didn't just got my money from trash can, I earned it so that I can buy the things i liked in your page... but for now, I better be off from your site...
