Go Logo Now

After inheriting a logo design project, Go Logo Now took every bit and piece of an account and has turned it into a great method to complete the plan. The team has designed the logo, website, and mobile app. The team has conducted a lot of meetings back and forth allowing them to identify what needs to be done. Although it is too early to identify key metrics, Go Logo Now successfully completed the project. They've been complimented for their amazing communication.

The customer service was top notch! My first contact was with Mike, he was very kind in explaining the process and made everything smooth. Allen was my project manager and he was very quick to get in contact with me. He was also very patient, I didn't know what I wanted initially. Allen was also very prompt with new design concepts and really listened to my feedback. I am absolutely in love with my company logo. I am really happy I chose Go Logo!

We have a list of people that would like to take this company to court, not for small logos or sites but for bigger projects where they ask for thousands than stall and perform poorly. This is a group of younger chaps that use stall tactics to delay clients as when too much time has transpired. The client can no longer make a claim with Paypal or a credit card company hence no avenue to have their money refunded as per their 100% satisfaction, money back guarantee. Further tactics used are, no communication (cutoff) once a client asks for a refund or a lack of communication, causing unnecessary delays. Over promising and underdelivering, multiple excuses on getting covid or a relative dies hence your project is delayed etc. 2 or 3 case managers as a results of delays and starting over again. They also misrepresent themselves, stating they are bigger than a small firm and misrepresent their skill level which is junior. Please do not fall for sending more money if they ask or blaming yourself if you get frustrated. Ensure you only forward them what you can afford to lose. WE have also noted numerous fake reviews and other cases of fraud. Kindly contact us if you would like to join the court case. Will wait another month to give time others time to reach out. If you are dealing with them now. Do not allow delays over 90 days so you may use Paypal or a credit card company to help recoup some of your losses. Logos and small, more simpler projects are fine. As mentioned we have a list of cases, all similar in complaints. Hence if you would like to join, please feel free to reach out so we may stop further clients from losing their money.

I appreciate their work ethic. They listen well and the support I received was instrumental in helping me bring my rough ideas to life. I would definitely use them again!

I absolutely love my logo! I worked with Allen and he asked me to send over some images of ideas that I like and I completely forgot to send anything to him. But, because of our previous conversation, he was able to ace my logo design anyway. I was so impressed; and honestly, I'm glad I forgot to send him my ideas because I think I would have ruined it. I keep staring at my logo and smiling. Allen really made my idea/ business come to life.

Absolutely avoid this company.
I asked them to create: mobile App (uploaded to apple store and google play), landing page, logo.
Of all the items they were supposed to work on and deliver to me, I only received the logo (which I designed and they traced so technically they can still argue that they did some work). Make sure any files they send to you are complete and usable.

Their design was poor. Design was inconsistent. Typos are frequent (also evidenced in their Truelink Communications website). They made excuses with every single poor performance/delivery.

As soon as you pay they will go quiet for weeks at a time.

Unaccountable company: They will lie at every level and try to spin it around and say it's your fault.

No updated schedules regardless of multiple times requested. Multiple times I asked for improved communications. Multiple times I asked why my app was missing features initially requested. Finally they got tired of me asking and said oh, you approved it that way. That was from *. I thought they were honest in the beginning. Don't be tricked by any of them. FYI they record conversations too.

Lastly, if you still want to take a risk with this company (because it seems like a good deal) then, I highly recommend you adjust the refund verbiage on your contract to less than 180 days for completion (because Paypal or credit card companies cannot help you beyond that), add specifics for payment to ONLY coincide with milestone deliveries (not just screenshots) and get a contract lawyer to review the contract. If your project details are not written down then GoLogo will definitely pretend it was never discussed.

Reminder: I hired them to create the following: Logo, Website landing page, Fully functioning mobile App.
What I got: a logo that they did not design.

We are attaching a documents which covers the project scope and covers the information outlined by the PayPal. Although we have provided what we had to while cutting the time short beyond limits for such project, but we do want PayPal to know and remember that the client and we are under a Contract of the services engaged according to which we, till date, have time till deliver (almost a months' time). According to that contract, we have not breached any of the terms found therein. Moreover, we have not violated any of PayPal's policies. Looking forward to a justified judgement.

In regard and annexed to the attached, we feel obliged to share that our deliveries have been prompt and that we have revised the deliverables countless times in good faith without reservations as to whether it exhausts more of our resources than what the scope of work covers. We have delivered Logo, Landing Page/Website, Wireframes, Alpha Release, and the Codes (which as attached are next to completion). The refund claim currently under scope springs from "non-delivery of item" yet the date of delivery has not yet arrived i. E., June 12,2022, which is sufficient time for us to deliver the mobile application with last of the remaining developments completed, hence it has been made before the lapse of time and with ill intention. We have attached the signed contract of this assignment which transparently covers our agreement, including our contentions mentioned herein and in the attached document. We look forward to just judgement on PayPal's part with due regard to Contract between the parties made at options voluntarily without any dispute as to terms till date. Buyer Beware! I was promised several things up front, signed a contract for a website in 3 weeks. The nightmare began. 3 months later, pressure to pay for extras that were supposed to be included in the total price, 3 teams later and I still don't have a fully functional website. It doesn't even work properly on a phone and not at all on a tablet. I tried researching them online... only thing I could find was through Truelinks Communications. I found an owner on Linked In who is in Pakistan! I finally had it and insisted the website be done by a certain date. They assured me all was done and working fully. I paid final half of bill and asked for the transfer information to send it to another host. I wasn't about to stay with them with such a terrible record at that point. They took a copy of the website and sent a link to me for the host company to transfer the site. Of course, it didn't work. Long story short. Host company gave them permission to put it on their site but even GoLogoNow couldn't get it to work. I reported all this to Paypal who have set up a dispute for a refund. When PayPal notified GoLogoNow, I told them all I want is a fully functioning website that I paid for. I am happy to pay for what I receive. All they had to do was fix it and no refund would be due. Instead, they cut me off and took any access to the site down and nuked everything. I will have to pay someone else and start again. This was to be launched for my business 2 months ago and has had a terrible impact on my health and business. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM! I have a copy of all correspondence, texts and can verify everything I say.

Go Logo Now has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. They were friendly and very communicative throughout the process in helping me find the perfect design for my company. They made it so easy for me to be included and brought everything to life very quickly. I appreciate their work and will be using them again in the future.
