We have a list of people that would like to take this company to court, not for small logos or sites but for bigger projects where they ask for thousands than stall and perform poorly. This is a group of younger chaps that use stall tactics to delay clients as when too much time has transpired. The client can no longer make a claim with Paypal or a credit card company hence no avenue to have their money refunded as per their 100% satisfaction, money back guarantee. Further tactics used are, no communication (cutoff) once a client asks for a refund or a lack of communication, causing unnecessary delays. Over promising and underdelivering, multiple excuses on getting covid or a relative dies hence your project is delayed etc. 2 or 3 case managers as a results of delays and starting over again. They also misrepresent themselves, stating they are bigger than a small firm and misrepresent their skill level which is junior. Please do not fall for sending more money if they ask or blaming yourself if you get frustrated. Ensure you only forward them what you can afford to lose. WE have also noted numerous fake reviews and other cases of fraud. Kindly contact us if you would like to join the court case. Will wait another month to give time others time to reach out. If you are dealing with them now. Do not allow delays over 90 days so you may use Paypal or a credit card company to help recoup some of your losses. Logos and small, more simpler projects are fine. As mentioned we have a list of cases, all similar in complaints. Hence if you would like to join, please feel free to reach out so we may stop further clients from losing their money.
