Buyer Beware! I was promised several things up front, signed a contract for a website in 3 weeks. The nightmare began. 3 months later, pressure to pay for extras that were supposed to be included in the total price, 3 teams later and I still don't have a fully functional website. It doesn't even work properly on a phone and not at all on a tablet. I tried researching them online... only thing I could find was through Truelinks Communications. I found an owner on Linked In who is in Pakistan! I finally had it and insisted the website be done by a certain date. They assured me all was done and working fully. I paid final half of bill and asked for the transfer information to send it to another host. I wasn't about to stay with them with such a terrible record at that point. They took a copy of the website and sent a link to me for the host company to transfer the site. Of course, it didn't work. Long story short. Host company gave them permission to put it on their site but even GoLogoNow couldn't get it to work. I reported all this to Paypal who have set up a dispute for a refund. When PayPal notified GoLogoNow, I told them all I want is a fully functioning website that I paid for. I am happy to pay for what I receive. All they had to do was fix it and no refund would be due. Instead, they cut me off and took any access to the site down and nuked everything. I will have to pay someone else and start again. This was to be launched for my business 2 months ago and has had a terrible impact on my health and business. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM! I have a copy of all correspondence, texts and can verify everything I say.
