You get what you pay for here. Obviously you're dealing with people all over the world, some are short sighted while others want to build relationships. If youre aware of this and can filter the bad eggs out then you shouldn't have a problem here.

The company I was working for on this platform paid me on Tuesday, it is now Thursday and I am still not paid. I contacted their support yesterday and they said it was so-called "under review", and sent me a bunch of links saying it could take up to 5 business days to be paid, which means I might have to wait until the middle of next week to get my money. This is completely unacceptable! I am completely unsatisfied with this platform, and even though I know they are using a third-party processor, this processor should not have the right to make people wait so long to get paid. The decision to use this processor ultimately leads back to GoLance, so they are directly responsible for this situation. I would not recommend this platform in any way.
My first time using Golance - and wow great experience! Lots of qualified applicants, extremely easy to work with. Really helps take the stress off of me knowing I can hire help as needed. Will most definitely be back!

I don't usually write reviews for anything lol. I've been a contractor on most freelancing platforms, and golance is so far the best, most flexible platform i've worked on. I love that I don't have to pay to apply to jobs and I also have a low contractor fee.
I also like the payday advance feature. I was in a tight situation one week and I needed my money early. I didn't even have to go directly to my client to ask for my funds early(which is cringe-worthy), I was able to use the payday advance feature to get my money early. This was a major life saver for me at that time.
