It was a good training, but moved at a fast pace. Skip was a wonderful trainer and continuously asked if I had questions. He got me through it but I just thing, looking back on it, it could've moved a little slower or had a reference form to go by. I didn't have time to take notes but Skip was wonderful!

I ordered locks that were back-ordered and called to find alternatives in stock. Zach was exceptionally helpful and followed up with excellent options. The entire process was quick and efficient and Zack was knowledgeable and super helpful. Highly recommend.

Excellent help

Donald helped me to get the best locks even cheaper than the ones I was looking at. I explained all I was looking for and researched for me and found ones I didn't even see for a cheaper price. He was a big help, saved our Fire Department a lot of money and even answered any questions I may have or had. I will be directing others to this company for their business.

I've had Gokeyless for a few years now, on several of my properites and I absolutely love it! Anytime I have an issue they are here to help the entire way. My locks keep locking my residents out and I couldnt figure out why. So, I called, set up an appointment and Skip called me and fixed it all! Thank you so much Skip! I was almost to the point of pulling out my hair so thank you for saving, not only my keyless locks buy also my curly locks! If you haven't purchased them, your missing out on an incredible system!

I had placed an order nearly 3 years ago for work and wanted to repeat that order. Jason located the order, quoted the price and the order shipped before the day was over. Paperwork arrived in my mailbox and I was done! Fast, easy, courteous. What more could I ask for?

My experience with GoKeyless has been exceptional! I had an issue with some locks I ordered and needed the strike plates swapped out. The crew at GoKeyless worked with the manufacture to make the changes I needed for install. I can't thank GoKeyless enough! They saved the day!

Matt from Support did a great job of addressing my issue and resolving the problem. My only reason for not giving a five-star is that it took me over a week to get my issue resolved because I wasn't able to speak with someone for that long.

Donald was THE MAN!

Arrived at the site looking for a keyless solution for an office in NYC, and after chatting with Donald, him going above and beyond to check for stock at the warehouse, we settled on a Schlage keyless lock with key fobs. Super knowledgable, super friendly, and I'll be reaching out to him when we need to grab more of these.

We like the original lock RTS-Z-EX V8. 2. 11 so much that we purchased 3 more. The tech support staff was excellent. The installation was done by one of our staff members in one day. We will be adding more of these locks to our facility.

Initially called with a question about the schedule feature, question was answered and follow up phone call was scheduled to answer any other questions and walk me through the program. On the follow up we shared screen and both of my major questions were answered. Tyler helped me on both occasions and seemed very knowledgeable with the software.

Patrick Brunsman is a special kind of customer service guy. The site shows UPS as only shipper and I said we don't have it up here and USPS is much cheaper. He says hold on a minute and comes back and says they would be glad to send it USPS for me. I was very excited as you cannot get Amazon to mail these things to you at all. Great Place to do business and the locks were shipped the next day. Thank you Patrick.

Great lock & software, but when windows updated, the software could no longer find the SQL database. After emailed suggestions failed, Matt scheduled a time with me for remoting into my computers & solving the problem. Great support, once I was able to get them on the phone. I do wish the software included a parameter for what date period our access cards are usable, so that I wouldn't need to manually enable & disable them. Some of our users only need access during the summer, for instance, & it would be nice if I could enable the lock to deny access to some cards outside of those dates. As for the customer support though, great service Matt, thanks.

GoKeyless provided a seamless order process and way above average customer service. The sales team helped me get the best storefront door lock, the Trilogy DL1300, for our company's needs in a price range that fit our budget.

Thylaar was great in tech support and helped me better understand how to program our lock holding my hand every step of the programming process. All in all the entire process from ordering, installation, and programming was pretty quick, easy and painless. Thank you very much!

We have a Kaba Simplex 5000 with nob handle on our outdoor gate. We tried to change the combination recently and discovered the lock was malfunctioning. After speaking with Kaba they deemed the lock faulty. Lucky for me Zach Tracey from GoKeyless made it easy. A new lock is on the way and Zach sent a return label so I can ship back our current lock when the new one arrives. One thing to note is you do need to pay for the new lock and you'll be refunded for the old one after you ship it back. I'm just glad the process was fairly simple and that I'll be getting a new lock soon! Thanks Zach!

I had a need for a key less entry lock handle for an outside entry door that would be durable and support 10 Plus users. The first lock I choose was a $500 plus dollar lock that would have required a $499 dollar software package to support. Craig Grisez steeped in and asked what my needs were. He immediately responded with the perfect option the was $200 plus dollars less expensive and explained that it was all I would need. That's customer service at it's finest!

I found that the Team at GoKeyless provide great pre- and post-sales support. In particular, I worked with Kenneth Blizzard to determine the best lock for my needs and then with Zach Tracey when I found that one of the locks wouldn't fit my 100 year old door and had to be returned. Both individuals were knowledgeable, professional and provided me with the information I needed immediately. I'm pleased with their products, their support and their service and will continue to reach out to this company in future.
