Great lock & software, but when windows updated, the software could no longer find the SQL database. After emailed suggestions failed, Matt scheduled a time with me for remoting into my computers & solving the problem. Great support, once I was able to get them on the phone. I do wish the software included a parameter for what date period our access cards are usable, so that I wouldn't need to manually enable & disable them. Some of our users only need access during the summer, for instance, & it would be nice if I could enable the lock to deny access to some cards outside of those dates. As for the customer support though, great service Matt, thanks.
