Tech arrived on time, explained what he'd be treating, and was super efficient at getting it done. Asked questions and sprayed problem areas to meet those needs. The hard part is waiting the short time to take full effect of our yard, and regain its use after being plagued with mosquitos and wasps. Great job!
First application was placed today. The two gentleman from the company were professional, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Only time will tell on the effectiveness of the product. Will keep you posted.

Canceled on me twice. Offered $20 coupon for me waiting. $5 an hour to be stood up. Get your act together and provide quality service. Would never use these whack jobs!
I've been an Aptive customer for some time and have been fully satisfied with their pest control services. Their tech comes out and sprays the perimeter of the house, and then makes another lap to knock down spiderweb and mud dauber nests. They even took care of a rat that came into my garage!

Zach was very friendly and easily explained the whole process as this was our first time having services done. He worked quickly and came back to explain all that he did. He truthfully told us that we had quite a few pests and explained the expectations moving forward with how the service will help with continued applications. Very happy with the service so far.

Have been extremely happy with the level of pest control using environmentally friendly products. With treatment outside, we have not had to treat inside. Technicians are knowledgeable and very polite. I am very happy with our choice of Aptive Environmental!
I'm usually not home when the Aptive guy comes along but my cameras pick up what he does. I am assured that my house is taken care of every time. And I like the fact that I can call them for my house interior if I need them at no additional cost.

I am glad that I Jermaine was the expert to come to my house. He went above and beyond my expectations. First he listen to my frustration and explained what I needed done. Then he sprayed thru out the whole house, shed, garage and lawn. I was very please with the well job that he did.
