The bus staff is very bad

I signed as an agent, they were announcing they guarantee low prices, it is LIE, their website is the most expensive one. When I found I asked them to refund my money, they had 14 days trial, they did not do.
DO NOT TRUST THEM, THEY ARE LIAR, RUN AWAY FROM THEIR WEBSITE.

I spoke with Deborah and she answered all of my questions thoroughly. She was also very well informed and spoke in a friendly manner and this helped me to take the best course of action to meet my objectives. I felt like I was talking to a friend. I have never contacted this company, but it has been texting me every day for weeks. I have reported it to my phone carrier Multiple times and have blocked the numbers they are using to text me but apparently have some program that lets them know that I have deleted their text. I am tired of this harassment. I don't know what people or companies think they are going to accomplish by inundating people with spam texts. Do they get something from it if you contact them? I'm not going to do it. If this is a legitimate company I certainly would never use it and I hope nobody else does if this is their business practice. I would like to rate this company at zero but it won't let me so I will rate it at one.

OK, well here is the first official review of this company, even though there are numerous negative reviews over the years on consumeraffairs.com-
Actually I never did sign up with them since was fortunate to learn from so many others mistakes in doing so. I just felt the need to get this out there since this company is apparently still going strong and in no danger of being investigated or much less shut down. Basically the main accusations against them are from people getting there credit cards charged even after memberships have cancelled, with SEVERAL such cases. Also those who have tried to sign up for "free" 2-week trial for the Independent Travel Agent working from home have said the same about cards being charged after cancelling and even being verbally berated over the phone for complaining about it! The way they trick people into it is by making it seem like there is some great need for travel agents when there are already countless ones to choose from online that are even cheaper than this one.
I could go on but think that most already get the picture and it will become crystal clear after reading all the negative reviews online. Just hard to believe there aren't some lawsuits against them and i even suspect that such "travel agencies" are under some kind of special protection from legal action, provided by some Govt. Agency, who knows for sure?
