The product did not come in goid condition. About 85% was either very dead or very dried up burnt condition. We might have gotten about 30 stems in semi condition working condition. I spent a lot of money for burnt condition for a wedding. So very unsatisfied. I would like a refund.

Pricing kept changing as I was trying to place the order. Made it very difficult as it kept taking me out of the system and when I reentered a new price higher of course was implemented. If I wasn't on a timeline I would have just shopped elsewhere given the difficult of the process to order on line.

Flowers were for an annual dance recital. Flowers arrived on time in a container easy to transport to the venue. Clear instructions were given for care. A beautiful selection of colors were sent. All of the flowers opened within the timeframe we were given except for a bunch of 25 carnations. Consequently, no one purchased the unopened flowers and we were left with not being able to make our money on them. Overall though, a very nice and convenient experience. MUCH better than what we were doing in the past. We plan to perhaps adjust our delivery date and continue to use you in the future!
