Have ordered twice from global rise & highly recommend! Everything was as expected both times!
Flowers were a big surprise and the colors were vibrant; however, the flowers looked like they were all ready dying. Some had tight blooms, but others were fully opened and the stems and stamen and pistil were droopy and fallen off. This is the first time in years to have this problem. Disappointed.

The flowers were well packaged and lovely but the hydrangea flowers were wilted and died the next day. Without them, the remaining arrangement looked sparse.

I ordered these to be delivered on Monday July 1st for my July 3rd event. The order came on June 28th. We were unable to use the rose petals. They were brown and moldy by day 2. The roses were fine.

My only feedback for these flowers is that they spent multiple days in transit without any water in the box, so they did arrive wilted and brown on the outside. A way to keep them hydrated via sponge or bag etc. in the box would make sense. Once I removed all the outside layers of petals they look better but hoping they hold up for our event! Also the color/shade is more of a very light peach, rather than the vibrant cool-toned pink on the pictures when we ordered, so it doesn't match our color scheme. Overall satisfied with our order though, and they arrived on time.

Flowers may arrive slightly dehydrated due to the long journey from South America, but do not panic! With appropriate care, you can bring them back to looking great within the next 12 hours.

Please keep in mind that most of our fresh roses will come with 3 guard petals that may have a different color than the true color of the rose. For example, white roses have green or brown guard petals. You may remove them once the flowers start to bloom.
