These flowers were absolutely not the best roses. They were bent over small and wilted.I am so unimpressed with these flowers that I received. The shipping was kind of chaotic but I did receive the product on time. Truth be told I would not recommend this service!

Unfortunately, most of my roses were literally falling apart. They were very damaged upon opening my package. Some were rotted. I own a bouquet business so this was a loss for me during Valentine's season

I have always had previous excellent experience however this time the red & white grandiose bouquets only had white alstroemerias which hasn't bloomed and were beginning to die before I got them I had hoped for more white flowers so I purchased some white daisies and mums to accompany the red roses.

The product you ordered in each box comes with 2 precious arrangements, no vase included. Each bouquet has 12 stems of Red Roses, 10 stems of White Alstroemerias, and 4 stems of Eucalyptus or Ruscus.
This kind of arrangement can take up to 3 days to fully bloom.
If your flowers fail to bloom please send us an email to claims@globalrose.com including pictures of the products received and we will investigate the issue.

Ordering was very easy and my order arrived in a timely manner. The order was delayed one day, but I had allotted time for delivery since it was around Valentines Day, so the delay was okay. I ordered a bulk order of assorted carnations for the high school I teach at. The only issue I had was a few stems did not even have flowers on them and several stems and/or flowers were broken, so I was not able to use them.

Very poor quality and no good customer service
Ordered these roses and they looked so good on the website but when they came in I was pretty disappointed. Tried to contact the customer service about it and they said that's how the flowers supposed to look like.

Our roses are shipped fresh and may appear wilted at first, but with proper hydration, they will perk up beautifully.
Here's how to care for them:
Trim the stems at an angle under running water.
Place them in fresh, room-temperature water with the provided flower food.
Keep them in a cool area away from direct sunlight and drafts.
Allow 6-12 hours for the roses to rehydrate and regain their full appearance.
If after proper care the roses do not improve, please send us pictures so we can further assist you. We appreciate your feedback and hope to resolve this to your satisfaction.

The flowers are beautiful, but they were a bit more open than I was expecting based on your statement of buying them several days in advance to ensure they would bloom in time. Most were open by the time they arrived and they were a little dry. It seems we've nursed them back and everything is fine, I just hope they last for deliveries in the next two days!

The roses smell beautiful and the packaging it's superior... There was a handful of rose's that were wimpy and stem was kinda of curved but expected with the distance it travels. Roses in their 3rd week and the left over I have from sale I did are still beautiful. Overall will recommend and will be ordering more.
